Mcdonald's

The manager on duty yesterday afternoon, Cheyenne, needs a different line of work that doesn't involve customers. They only give me one of the two fries I ordered and paid for, and she argues with me saying I didn't order two meals...and she was lookong at the wrong order on her screen. Argued that I should have confirmed my order when I paid...but I didn't even get a receipt (everything was listed correctly on the screen when I ordered). Then she argued that I did get two fries, so which is it? 🤣 To the owners... Forgetting my fries didn't lose my future business or prompt this review. I understand that accidents happen. This awful "manager" certainly did though. I felt bad for the employees who looked afraid to even speak in her presence. They wouldn't even give me her name when I asked for the purposes of this review.

The last few times I have been there they have been extremely rude. Not wanting to help customers as the walk in (not just me). I also door dash and we are contracted through door dash to be able to get into the building so we can beat the line since we are working… and gas isn’t cheap. They lock there doors and ignore the door bell. Then when I asked the lady she was very rude about it. So many other reasons but i don’t have time, just wanted to say this is the worse McDonald’s I’ve been too.

Probably the worst mc Donald's I've ever been to. They ALWAYS say "THEIR SHAKE MACHINES ARE DOWN" Because they don't feel like making them!!! We have never been able to get a shake from this location! We now drive 10 miles out of our way to go to a different Mc Donald's!! WELL WORTH NOT GOING TO THIS ONE ON GRATIOT JUST NORTH OF HALL ROAD!!

Very slow service in drive thru. Once we placed our order and got up to the window to pay. There where two guy's the cashier and other worker talking about a female being used up and ran threw because she had kid's. Now I understand why it took so long to place my order they where busy talking about a topic that isn't work appropriate. The food was cold and look old been sitting awhile! My advice is take your money somewhere else. Hire some grown people and stop hiring these unprofessional teenagers.

I placed an order #3 large/1 mcChicken/ one 4 piece nugget the box for the nuggets was 1/3 full of minced onions the manager was rude when confronted on this and then replaced the 4 piece nugget basically calling me a lier all I was doing is to make it right of what I ordered with out the rudeness
