While this place gets super packed on weekend mornings, it is totally worth it. I have never in my life had better Panera than here. The Mac and cheese is to die for and their bread is always worth the wait. If you ever plan on going to Panera in Lynchburg, this one definitely beats the rest!

I just went to pick up a breakfast sandwich. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a plain bagel with an over-easy egg to-go. I arrived at work and opened my meal and there was no egg on the sandwich. The cashier was very good, but the food preparation was inadequate and it took 11 minutes from payment to pick up. Very Disappointed.

I have been a Panera lover for almost 10 years but my experience there on Tuesday was one of the worst ones I’ve ever had. We got there and the entire place was FILTHY. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in about a week. We ordered sandwiches and one of them was supposed to be hot but came out ice cold. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was horrible. It tasted like old hot water. I asked to have it remade and the workers all seemed annoyed by me. Sadly, I received another cup of old boiling hot water, but in a smaller size this time. I drank some of it and it immediately upset my stomach. I have loved Panera in the past, but this visit made me want to stay away for a while.

I have frequented this Panera for years, and have always had a wonderful experience with them. The food is great, the coffee is delicious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming, all throughout the years. They quickly learn their regulars and make you feel at home when you come in.
The store is also always very clean and inviting, with a nice fireplace in the center of the main dining area.

This was my first time at this Panera bread location, I was a little disappointed, but it could just be a bad day for them since I've never been before. I ordered from my phone. The food came on time but they forgot silverware, and only left one napkin in the bag. When I went inside to get myself silverware, nobody came to the counter when I came up, they looked at me and ignored me. It isn't a huge deal, I wasn't in a rush, but having to go back inside kind of defeats the purpose of a curbside order. Unfortunately the bread was both stale and a very small portion. I ordered the ten vegetable soup which was very tasty and very hot I did enjoy that portion of the meal a lot. (I would highly recommend this item!) I also ordered the green goddess cobb salad. I was super excited about the salad and my expectations did not let me down. From the hard boiled egg to the avacado to the spring greens, it was easily one of the best salads I've had in a long while. I don't really like pickled onions, but that's just my own opinion. Overall, I wasn't impressed by the service, but the food was a redeeming factor. Next time I come I'll be eager to see if this just happened to be a bad day for service.

The staff is nice the place is clean and the food is fresh. The tuna sandwich is delicious and the chipotley chicken avocado melt is good bread is fresh

Appalled isn't even bad enough to describe my last experience. Even the manager was rude to my group. The staff all looked lifeless and acted like this was their first day - clueless as to how to do their jobs. The dining area had greasy tables, the bathroom was a disaster, and it wasn't even busy.
I called corporate and the woman who answered said she couldn't help me and hung up on me!
Add this place to the list of 'hopefully they learn how to do business or go bankrupt'. You won't find me there again.

The worst Panera have ever been to they gave me tomato lettuce and no tuna when I clearly ordered a tuna sandwich This is BS and to top it off they gave me old lettuce was mushy tomatoes and it's not even on the right bread.
