Pizza Hut

We have never had a problem with this location. Food has always been fresh, hot. Ofcourse there are days where the delivery is a little longer but they do get busy it happens. We recently ordered and got a call not too much longer saying they only had one delivery driver and cannot say when it would get delivered it could be awhile so we decided just to drive in and pick up. Some places are short staffed. I always try to think of that.

Worst pizza ever. I ordered a pepperoni and black olive medium thin crust pizza for pick up. Literally there were 8 slices over pepperoni and 16 tiny olives on the burnt pizza. I knew well then precious manager who was terrific. This new staff is completely useless and they do not care. I'll go to Marcos from now on.

My order was literally cancelled with no notification to me. Waited over an hour before calling to be told they are closed and promptly hung up on. Called and called to see how I was getting refunded, and no one would answer (this was at 5:30-6pm on a Sunday). Really embarrassing when you’re throwing a bday party and everyone is hungry and waiting. Also, very bad exposure for our local Pizza Hut with so many people there at the party to tell what happened. We tried Dominos and it was delicious, that will become our new spot to order from along with many others who often default to Pizza Hut.

We ordered our pizza at 544. The email said 625 for arrive 35-45 minutes. It arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later after ordered. The pizza was cold. I tried to call the store to cancel twice and no one answered then it hung up after an automated message saying please call your local store (which made no sense since that number was the local store).

Ordered two large (different toppings) pizzas tonight and it turned out one of them was unavailable so they gave me two medium pizzas in place of that one. So they gave me three pizzas in total without charging me extra. Really appreciated how they handled it and as always, everything was absolutely delicious! Thank you!!
