Johnny Rockets

I met my mom and SIL at Johnny Rockets at the Outlet mall on Thursday. I ended up paying $13.53 for a bacon cheeseburger, onion rings and a soda (healthy, I know! ;) ). I ate half of my meal and ended up throwing it away. I decided against the "special sauce" which is actually Thousand Island dressing. I was disappointed by the food but the service was great.

Ordered 2 Philly Cheesesteaks, a rocket dog with onions and a chocolate milkshake. Milkshake was okay overall. The Philly cheesesteaks had no cheese at all on them and the bread was hard, the rocket dog was shriveled up and rubbery from being overcooked. Extremely unhappy with the food. Try a different location.

Great food. It was In the food court or the Tampa premium outlets. The staff was very kind and pleasant to deal with and service was fast. The food itself was delicious and the fries the perfect crisp. This place has some of the best fries I've ever had. The burger was great and you can substitute ingredients. I can't believe I've never eaten here before

This is the worst Johnny Rockets experience I've ever had. I've been to many locations around the country and was surprised at how bad this was. Looking at other reviews, it appears to have been an off night but it really was bad. The burgers did not taste good, the patty on one was very small and the buns on both were stale. We ate about half of each of the 2 burgers we had and actually, my husband ate most of what was eaten of mine. Onion rings and fries were ok, but seemed off too. The chocolate shakes however, were delicious, which is why I've given the 2 star rating. The young woman taking the orders was clearly not interested in providing any level of customer service other than pushing buttons and taking the money. The prices are outrageous for the sub-par meal we received. We started out at $32 for 2 burgers, 1 onion ring and 2 shakes and when I questioned the pricing the disinterested order taker opened a menu to indicate to us to read the menu to locate the small mention of "combo" pricing, which I was unable to locate on the giant menu board. After adjusting the order for 2 combos, the price was $27. I felt bad for the apparent manager who was very pleasant and obviously trying to make the best with the "team" member working the register.
