Burger King

DO NOT EVEN think this is FAST FOOD!!!! Waited over an HOUR for 2 Whoppers and onion rings. Standing there in amazement and disgust while my food got cold. If I wasn't so tired, I would have jumped over the counter and got it MYSELF. One employee took entire break and I was still waiting when she returned. Sorry excuse (and unapologetic) for damaging a nationally loved brand.

Every time I go to this location it’s like I’m bothering them by placing my order. I ordered two meals nothing complicated. The girl over the speaker asked me if there was anything else that I needed When I said yes she said “ugh! hold on I have a customer “ and then came back to take the rest of the order taking deep breaths over the speaker. It was kind of humorous I have never been in a situation where an employee shows the customer how annoyed they are by doing their job. I say if you can’t do customer service DO NOT work in customer service!!! This is not a problem with being a shortstaffed this is a problem with it being at work but not wanting to work. Unfortunately sometimes I do have to stop there regardless :/ the kids I take care of love Burger King.

Finally broke down and went to BK in lumberton for the first time in 5 years thinking maybe there service had changed HUGE MISTAKE!!!!!!! The drive through is the only thing open and there was just me and one other car that was it waited a half hour A HALF HOUR!!!! For 1 burger and a drink that's it that's all I got so I get up to the window guy apologizes for the wait I was cool with that and he tells me we made everything fresh so I get the burger its freezing cold and the sodas warm never again they should just close that BK is horrible and nothing's changed in 5 years.

Went to order food tonight in the drive thru and sat there for 3 mins no answer said hello several times and went to left there is someone just standing inside doing nothing at 740 pm on Feb 5th 2022. Definitely don't go. It's a shame cause I prefer burger King over McDonald's but I'm not going to sit there and they not answer me

Just had The worst experience ever I walked into this place and it’s dirty filthy nasty it took me 30 minutes to get my meal when there is nobody inside the food was cold the fries were lukewarm I just can’t believe how dirty this place was I was actually scared to eat here I will never go back there again
