Whataburger

Visiting from TN a few weeks ago and decided to eat dinner here. The cashier didn't speak a word to me. Just stood there while I gave my order. They weren't that busy, but my food sat on the counter between the kitchen and cashiers counter until I finally walked up there and asked for it. Food looked good, but was just ok. I ended up sick all night, but can't say for sure it was from their food.

When I arrived at this whataburger there was a car at the speaker in front of me that was ordering. They moved on fairly fast then it was my time to order. A gentleman said over the speaker to hold on and he'd be right with me. 15 minutes later he says to go ahead and order, so I order then I get to the window to get my order and he's taking another order, and then walks off to the back, no problem so I wait patiently. 8 minutes later I've still not been greeted and see the only 2 employees on the line still talking. I left without my food nor will I be back until y'all can get employees and management that wants to work.

Terribly slow service. Sat in drive through for 25 minutes, then had to pull up and wait in parking lot. Car ahead in drive through was yucking it up with store employee hanging out window. Finally got out of my car and headed inside to get my money back and employee met me with order. Was told they were “waiting on biscuits”. Should have gone down road to donut shop. Will not be back. Emailed whataburger, got an email from store manager saying they were training new employees. Really? They had more workers than customers! 4 people inside at 2 tables. I thought the honey butter chicken biscuit wad something they kept ahead of.

Went through the drive thru this morning... only one in line, had to wait to place my order. While placing my order, I asked for a #21 breakfast on a bun with bacon, add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and mayo, with a large 3/4 sweet 1/4 unsweetened tea... she reads back...BOB with sausage and a 1/2 & 1/2 tea. No ma'am... with bacon and a 3/4 sweet and 1/4 unsweetened tea. Get up to pay and watch her fill my drink with mostly unsweetened tea. I asked her for the tea like I wanted and she said "that's how we do it here"... I said... you pour it yourself why can't I get it like I want??? So after I caught an attitude from the morning manger lady I just left. When I went to look at my BOB there was very little bacon... not a happy start to my morning.

They Have VERY Rude People Managin The One On Timberland Dr. In Lufkin...Been Havin A Problem Wit One Manager Not Wantin To Serve Me Because I Walk Or My Husband Rides His Bike Through The Drive Thru...Im 46 & Never Had A Car & Been Walkin Through The Drive Through But This B***h Named Natalie Has Argued Wit My Husband For Walkin Through The Drive Through & A Few Dayz Ago For The 2nd Time She Was Agrue'n With My Husband For Walking Through The Drive Thru & I Ordered My Food @4:30am & Had To Wait Until After 6:00am When They Unlocked The Doors To Get My Food...Then To Top It All Off MY ORDER WAS WRONG..Had To Call The Complaint Line TWICE Before Anything Was Done...They Fixed My Order Today & It Took Almost An Hour There Were Only 2PEOPLE Workin & When I Did Get My Order It Was Basically Cold....HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE😡😡
