Which Wich

I had the large grinder with chips and sweet tea. The food was great and the place has an off the beaten path feel about it. Mostly locals who work nearby, so it appeared. The staff and the customers were all friendly as if we were strangers being welcomed in. It was a feel-good experience. We will be going back again soon.

I ordered thru Uber and though we received all our items. The meatball sub my husband ordered was terrible. The meatballs were cut up into little pieces no to very little cheese and dry. A far cry from the beautiful meatball sub in the picture. He would not eat it. Also I worked there 2 years ago for some months and it was not made like this. It was much better then. Not much care was put into the order and my 2 large fries lacked the signature salt and pepper I usually love. Very disappointed. After paying 64.64 for the order it will be some time before I return they didn't even offer to replace the food. Not sure 8f it's a change in management but this place has really went downhill

We were at the Which Wich location in Lufkin, TX this evening. We were there at 7:15pm. At 7:53pm, the staff locked the door so no more customers could come in. Also, as we were eating, they started shutting down the drink machine and took the tea away, which is one of the drinks we ordered. We were encouraged to get our order to go since the store would be closing at 8pm. Customer service is serious lacking here and the attitudes and the deliberate attempts to hint that we need to leave is uncalled for. I personally have worked in retail and know that a store does not try to force customers out just so they can close. The gentleman working tonight has no customer service skills at all. I will be posting this experience on Google as well.

This was the most disgusting sandwich that I had, when someone asks for mustard in their sandwich it does not mean that he wants all the mustard you have when we pay early $10 for a sandwich and can't eat it it's a disgrace, your staff should be ashamed of themselves, I never write a review unless someone wows me or breaks my heart and this was the latter I am from the food industry so it hurts even more when I am looking forward for my wife to drive 35 miles and wait for nearly 20 min and get this, just not acceptable
