Great pub with very happy staff. The log fire was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this pub.
It has rooms but I wasn't staying.

What a great find! I was given directions to this wonderful pub by a few locals at Ludlow Brewery. Our party of 4 were greeted warmly by the staff and given advice on the many different beers that were available on tap that day. There was a …

I last visited here over 20 years ago. And was pleased to see that none of the early C17 features (pictured) have been removed in the recent refurbishment. The fire backplate is dated 1664 and from the reign of King Charles II.
