DO NOT USE MOBILE APP CURBSIDE! they took 36 min to get my order to me while the drive through moved flawlessly - I literally thought they forgot about me bc they took so long, the manger checked up on me but didn’t even acknowledge that they took long just clarified if I had a drink with my order then left and another 6 min went by before I Finally got my order sheeesh

I have visited this Whataburger frequently for several years. I normally have no issues but a few times when I order the biscuits and gravy I only get a 1/4 to 1/2 cup of gravy. Most of the time I get a full cup of gravy. Wish they could be more consistent with the gravy cups. It's hard to swallow a bit of biscuit without enough gravy to go with it.

I love Whataburger, it just sucks that they stopped doing the Mushroom Swiss burger. That's the main reason I eat there. Patty melt is still a great alternative though! Great service, even for 3am!

It could be, since I live in NC and I am here visiting family, and NC unfortunately does not have a whataburger anywhere near me. I have eaten at this one probably 2-3 times since I've been here.
The service in drive-thru has always been courteous and fast. The food was hot and delicious every time we have come to eat.

I go to this location a lot because it’s one of the closest restaurants to me but for the past 2-3 months every time that I go there something’s is wrong with my order. For example I’ve gotten flat soda multiple times, missing/ wrong items are consistently happening too. I came last night and got a patty melt meal and the Pattie’s we’re old and cold and there was no patty melt sauce or onions on it. My girlfriends order was wrong to.

Service is slow but okay could be a lil friendlier I understand y'all r not in the best location but the manager their I can't remember her name but she has been here for years I always see her here giving her all I hope y'all appreciate her bc she awesome!!! She got blond or grey hair she a older lady I hope y'all know who I'm talking about pls let her know her services are appreciated!!!!!🤩

Very friendly staff. Made sure they checked on us like a waitress. We enjoyed our time there and the people were talkative with friendliness. I love the decor, too. My colors. The food was really good. I didn't choke on the burger. So many other places are dry and I chock on the bread and meat. Theirs, I didn't. Thank you.

I had to wait 15 minutes for my order of a #20, a burrito with hasbrowns (4 partially cooked ones), an extra burrito and a drink. I was the first in line to begin with but after a while I noticed an employee place a full big bag near the window and she put several sets of plastic ware in the bag. I'm sure my order got pushed behind a large order that they were in a rush to complete. Ironically, my wife and I went through the drive thru years ago and we waited in line for an hour for our order. I will never again visit this one. The pics show the beginning time of my order and the car display of the time I left the drive thru window.
