Sonic Drive-in

Keep driving if you see that they are busy. I ordered a plain cheeseburger with only lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.. The bread was hard; the burger was cold and tasted like it had onions in it, but no onions were found. Plus, my drink was carbonated water. I definitely had a bad experience. I won't go back to that location.

I ordered my food through the app. I pick up my food after getting out the parking lot, I went to sip my drink and it was a fruit punch instead of a big red. I go back and let them know my drink is wrong. After waiting 10 minutes for a 32oz big red I let them no my food is cold. Instead of remaking my order the manager sent a car hop to let me no my I will be refunded my money and it will be back on my card with in 3-5 business days. My gas and my time was waisted. Management reached out and offered me the meal that I ordered at no cost. He also told me that it should not have taken that long to correct my drink and my food should have been remade. Thank you.

I have completely stopped going to this Sonic. Not once in the last few months have they gotten an order right. The last THREE times that I ordered Dr. Pepper, I got Root beer. Big difference. But it's not just that. They rarely get the order right, and when they get called on it, it's like it's no big deal. IT IS a big deal if you are paying for something. I am always told, they're just human, they make mistakes...I agree...but to the point that it is 98% of the time? AND, it's an app order, so it comes out printed. No room for "miss hearing it". That isn't just making mistakes, that is just not paying attention. Attention to detail is what will get you further in this world.
