I go to this location almost every morning. Every worker is so kind. They are always busy but they are still nice every time. I often do mobile orders and if they can't do something they figure out how to substitute and I'm always happy. Dunkin, your employees at this location are fantastic! Definitely take the time to recognize their hard work and kindness.

Ok… I wasn’t going to share because it was ONLY 2 dollars were my thoughts which is why I balled the receipt up but it’s MY 2 bucks and my kid didn’t eat hers either! Those hash browns were NOT it!! They were burnt and preheated or the sort, not crispy. I get not wanting to have a long line in drive thru but things that are meant to be crispy can’t be served soft!!! My total was $6.45… I gave John $12 and he asked “did you mean to give me 12 and I said “yes so I could get a $5 dollar bill back” and what does he do ….give me 5 ones…. When I questioned him, he said “that’s all I have”.. why didn’t you say that to begin with..smh

Lobby is still closed. My boyfriend and I have a huge trailer and couldn’t go through the drive through. Please open lobby’s for all truckers and people with trailers. We like food too lol

Went this morning at 10 am (05/07) they forgot my hash browns and my matcha latte had real milk when i asked for almond milk. very disappointed and i got no receipt so i can’t show them that i’m missing things . only 2 stars for kolache cause they were good

This location was fast even with the line it had. I tried the pumpkin iced latè. It was good, not my favorite, but I would order it again.

I was craving an apple fritter and mango-banana smoothie, but they didn't have either. I compromised and had the smoothie without banana. For the donut, I requested two different filled donuts, but received the two of the same donuts. The iced coffee was bland. It needs a sweetener or flavor to make it taste better. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

i’ve been yelling for 5 times : “excuse me where do i pick up for online ( walk in )” at the front door, he just said we close , i ask again where do i pick up, he just said yea yea and didn’t answer like no one is talking and point to the door, after like the million times he answered me that i can go to the drive thru , is it that hard just to said go to drive thru?? And he even said i BROKE THE DOOR, i only move the chair to walk a few step in,
How if people don’t have a car.. how come i go to the drive thru
Oh well and he purposely put my sprinkle donut on the bottom and give me 2 wrong order..
Lol this people, will not come to this place, NOT RECOMENDED!!
I ordered my food online so i can get in time to my work place.
