The only man I have ever seen working there is awesome!! He is always by himself and busy. However he maintains his positive attitude. They need to get him some help AND give this man a raise. He is the only reason this Subway is getting a five * rating. Thank you always making my sandwiches perfect, sir!! Shame on the owner/management, whoever leaves him there by himself. I would have quit already!!

Garbage. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru and was totally ignored. Went inside and there was barely a line, poorly dressed employees with dirty shirts, only 2 people working and they were incredibly slow. Zero excuses, this is clearly a poorly run store with incompetent management who need to make better hiring or training choices.

I pulled up in the drive thru. The lady asked to help me and I told her one moment so I could look at the menu. She said she will be back....and never came back.
I reversed out of the drive thru and went in. Not a single person in line. I was not even acknowledged when I walked in. They were trying to wrap up the one car in drive thru. It was clear the man and woman didn't work great together. Miscommunication between them. He had asked her several times what chips and didn't understand so I told him.
Finally it was my turn and the guy tells me it is his second day. My sandwich gets burned in the toaster bc he opened it too early and then shut it and the timer started again. He had no idea what he was doing....but that isn't his fault. It's day 2. The lady who appears to be managing at the moment literally went and sat down at a table working on something else and did not help him until another 2 customers walked in. He was having to yell across the line to her to get instructions on how to make a certain sandwich. I had to poont out what tray the steak goes in bc she wouldn't get up to help him. Terrible management.
My daughter who is 4 recognized her bad demeanor and said out loud she seems mean. If that gives you a sense of her facial expressions. Terrible.
This whole process took THIRTY minutes...for 1 kids sandwich, 1 six in sandwich, and one wrap...with noone in front of me.

We ordered 3 foot longs through the drive through, there was no one inside ordering or waiting. It took more than 20 minutes for our order to be completed (incorrectly). The order was repeated back to me correctly yet upon arriving home we realized only 1 sandwich was made as requested. I don’t usually post negatively but this was the worst sandwich I’ve probably ever had. I will not be back and do not recommend this location. Also the girl at the window was visibly displeased with the cash tip I gave (before the order was made).

BUSTED!!! went here yesterday at 7:10 PM. Not only was the service Horrible with the attendants boyfriend cutting of the line in the drive through to get his free food. But I put on my mask after being in the line for twenty minutes with no service. (There was only one car ahead) so I poke my head in to see what's the hold up and the attendant loudly proclaims they "dont pay her enough to hurry!" Then she has her buddy inside. Who ordered the 15 sandwich, not to be confused with the boyfriend who cut straight to the window for service. While me and the one other customer waited. They also not concerned about safety, rules or Covid. I will not be back.

Very friendly staff! I was in and out in less than 7 minutes altho that may have been because I was slow. Very clean looking as well. Will definitely be returning at some point in the future.

Morning Mr Butler, I only rated this store a 3 because it was so short staff. I 👏 the lady working last night because even though the cards were stacked against her she keep herself in control and was polite. I have been in customer service for 30 years and I don't know if I could have kept my cool. I honest believe I would have ran away crying. Please tell her she is awesome.

idk who this new guy is but he needs to lose his attitude with me. mad because he has to do his job? no way to talk to someone. i LOVE this subway and the girls working but whoever this new guy is has to GO. working on 12/28/21 @7:26pm
