I had to wait at the speaker for a couple minutes. After they took my order, I pulled around and there were 2 cars in front of me. The first car took a couple more minutes, the second a couple more. Then I sat at the window long enough to smoke a cigarette(more than 5 minutes). Then the lady couldn’t remember what I ordered from the time I paid, until they came back to try and give me an order. The hash browns were crunchy and really greasy, not crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside like they are supposed to be. I ordered a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese double croissant. The cheese looks like it was one sitting in the chute that they took apart and added one of the meats so they could sell it and not throw it away, and it tastes like it was supposed to be tossed an hour ago. I know there are bad times, or busy times, but this Burger King definitely wasn’t busy. No receipt was given except the one on the bag. This is just another example of why the Burger Kings in Lubbock need to be downsized/consolidated. I keep giving them an opportunity to do well, and I keep getting disappointed.

OMG WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! So first I walk in and wait about 8 mins before I’m even addressed. They had about 5 kids in the back of the kitchen running around playing! Totally un professional especially since this is a restaurant preparing food with kids playing chase. Unsafe and unsanitary! Please if you own this business or manage it please do better!!!

Went there for lunch. The place was clean, and looked in good shape. The food was good. The only problem I had was it was little slow when I ordered to when I received my food. They did give me a free order of French fries for my wait. So no big deal.

Needs better management, employees are driving burger king to the ground. If you want to wait 25 minutes for your food come here I would advise not to eat at this far food. I mean slow food

Waited 30 mins. Food wasn't prepared correctly. Looked to be short staff, but no busy. Also, the manager appeared to not care enough to help his employees out. Should I have expected better?

Ordered a whooper meal & it came out of the microwave. I’m talking wrapper hot, lettuce slimy & buns were sunk in. The cheese was so melted that it didn’t even look like they used a whole slice. The manager just stood there like she didn’t know what her employees were serving! Only thing fresh were the fries. Has definitely not gotten any better since they’ve opened!

Jesus. Hard buns, missing condiments galore! Wasn't even a big order. 5 sandwiches. Only managed to get 2 right. Spent at least 35 minutes just trying to get my food. I will NEVER return to this location. As an aside they are terribly short staffed, but then they should be more accurate running just the drive thru.. Update: i returned, ordered through the box again, got to the window, girl has my food in her hand, i tell her that my burgers were wrong, specifically what was wrong with them. After staring wide-eyed at me for a few moments, she turns and leaves the window, apparently to get the kitchen guy. He has me hand back the burgers for him to inspect,( pretty sure i remember that being against policy), i explain in EXPLICIT detail what i wanted. Outcome: still wasn't right, and he decided to leave off my bacon and cheese on both burgers. Thanks guys.

Ordered 3 large meals with a coke sprite and dr pepper.. When we got to the window, we were handed 2 small and 1 large coke. When we told the lady what was wrong, all she said washout only paid for 1 large." I again explained we asked for large and she looked at me like I was stupid! The order was repeated at the time of order and said large and correct flavors. I asked for a receipt. Was told "its on the bag. You'll get it with your food." Very rude and she was the stupid one cause she took the order and repeated it correctly but didn't put it in the system correctly. We were the only car there at the time too. Very bad customer service and it took too long. Will not be going back.
