Food was very fresh and they gave good portions. They gave me the wrong drink and for got my sauce that I asked for. Small mistakes.
Overall the people were friendly and the food was fresh so that was a win.

Wagyu burger: asked for the bacon ranch, no bacon. The burger was black, crispy on the outside and nothing but dark gray all the way through. Flavorless tomatoes cut too thin. Two thin rings of onion which rimmed the outside of the burger. No hope of having onion in every bite. And the ranch sauce was watery and salty. $8.65 for just the burger. Advice: check your order before you pull away.

Wednesday's 2 for $6 French Dip w Swiss was excellent. The buns were fresh, soft, and warm. They were great with the beef and swiss cheese. The au jus topped it all off perfectly. Added a side of Arby's curly fries and a Dr. Pepper to create a fast, cheap, filling, hard to beat lunch. I will definitely be back. The only problem is that I really wanted a nap after lunch instead of going back to work.

Excellent food, shakes and customer service. I ordered my sandwich bread free and was asked if it was due to allergies so they knew if they needed to change gloves in the kitchen before making my food. That was so appreciated!

Usually Arby's is pretty good, but unfortunately this was not the case for this visit. This was a newer store. The outside was clean, but the lobby was closed so unknown about the inside. The portions of meat were well below the normal. There was more bun then meat and the sandwiches were VERY cool. If this had been my first experience with Arby's, I wouldn't return.

Arrived around 11:15 am and recived out order only find out fries were cold. Food was over priced for what we got.

Went here a year ago. Our bill was $35 and the manager and staff seemed ok to serve roast beef that was spotted and burned. When we asked for our money back and showed them the sandwiches, it’s as if they knew they we would turn around and ask for a refund and they refunded us without a single question or hesitation. They KNEW it was disgusting but served it anyway. We went 30 minutes before they closed and they served the nastiest burnt, tough, and stale roast beef ever. They were just using the scraps that were left because they didn’t want to cook anything fresh. I hate when restaurants post what time they close, but then act frustrated when someone comes during those posted hours. If you don’t want to serve people 30 minutes before closing time, SAY IT, or close an hour earlier then! But even if you change the hours to show you are closing an hour earlier, I still feel the same thing would happen if someone came 30 minutes before your ‘new’ closing time. So even though this is the closet and most convenient location, we now have to drive 15 minutes away to another Arby’s who ‘gets it right.’

I don't find them to be friendly. They act like the customer is getting in the way. I had questions and the lady at the window didn't have time for me. That's okay. There are plenty of other places to eat in Lubbock.
