Didn’t know I ordered my food with no meat… let alone invisible hot sauce. And to get told I can drive back and have it fixed, the point of a drive-thru is so I can eat on the go or at home. Not the only time the service has been horrible but it will be the last time for me.

They would not take our order at the counter but made us use the kiosk. The menu was very hard to select items as how to find them was unclear. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The radio was on the fritz, turning off and on regularly, and they could not turn it off because they didn’t know how. Why have a business if you do it so poorly? Seriously terrible experience, even it is was fast food. Have a little pride in your business or don’t be in business!

This was a very strange but not unpleasant experience. The quality was there. The restaurant was very clean. They have thrown the cashiers outside to take orders in the drive-thru (chikFilA style)??? I'm not sure why. There were cones all throughout the already tiny and awkward parking lot.
As previously stated, cashiers are no longer. You walk in and may or may not be greeted by an actual face but rather if you stand around long enough or neglect to read their sign, a voice from the back will holler out "USE THE KIOSK!". The gentleman brought our food out and it was as good as it should be. Hot and fresh. Idk about these new changes but it was kind of impersonal to be honest. Very futuristic 😅 I'd almost gather theyre saving on payroll but there were 2 people taking orders outside so just very...strange.

Normally I would love Taco Bell, and to be fair, I can't say that this review is accurate for everyone who works at this particular location, or for the restaurant chain as a whole. But......this was by far THE WORST experience I've ever had (made me truly desire to call it Taco Hell)! Had it not been for the one star minimum so I could state my case....they'd get no stars and a triple thumbs down from me.
The employees on duty couldn't count to 3, they didn't know what a "split ticket" was and I swear those tacos were made waaaay in advance! How could I tell??? If your crunchy tacos aren't crunchy within a few minutes after purchasing, there's something desperately wrong!!! Noone asked me for any kind of sauces or napkins. And the "large" drink that supposedly came with the 3 tacos was even short for a small!!!! It was late at night on a "Taco Tuesday". Hopefully I'll be able to improve this review at another time and with a different shift. Why let a few bad apples ruin it for the whole restaurant?? Stay tuned.

Hey!!! The Mexican pizza is back!!! Except at this location. It's always sold out. So much that they had signs made to state it was sold out. Been a few times to get my old school favorite and guess what?!?! It's been sold out everytime. Starting to think this was a gimmick to sell other menu items 😆😆 and... It's working. The food is well..taco bell. And the guys at the window are nice. To bad I can't land the mexican pizza at this location. Booo👎

It is 5:50 p.m , may 12....I thought today I'll get me and my fiance some taco bell...I already know the food is good but my experience today was really not a good one... The young black girl doing drive thru was very rude... She seemed upset before I got to the drive thru but why did I have to get the bad end of it.. She was practically tossing the food out and I almost dropped everything.... I'm hoping some one will talk to her about customer service or at least move her from the window because she is not friendly at all ..... It will be awhile till I think about going back to this place

Newly renovated, just reopened this week. Obviously people have been missing this Taco Bell. Very crowded both inside and drive- thru. Inside is nice, but not fancy. Beware the menu has been updated and they no longer have a combination burrito...they can make it, but only if they have 'old' employees that know how to make it. Food came out fairly quickly, pretty standard food that you get at an Taco Bell. Please be aware that if you sit at the table in the middle table, the purse hooks have sharp edges right at knee level and took a chunk out of my husbands knee.
