I ordered last night online for pick up. Drove back home and the order was not correct. I called the store to let them know. I got the run around while they figured out who the manager was. They never offered to fix it, they just said that they were busy. I took my $67 order back for a refund. No one knows what going on in this place. The cashier was more worried about her vape pen.

Food is decent but man the service is some of the worst in Lubbock. Prepare to wait 20-30 minutes for your order, if there's even anyone up front at all.

First and foremost... Hand sanitizer is NOT washing your hands! Watched the young man at the front counter go to the bathroom and never heard him wash his hands, cones back out and squirts hand sanitizer on them🤮. The food is about average for asian fare. Lobby was soooo hot I ended up going outside to eat in my vehicle.

Every time we go there it's more vegetables than meat. Do not order anything with shrimp because they will charge you extra and not give extra. It's good just way too much for just veggies.

Another place that doesn't tell you they charge additional money to use a card. And a girl that works there that doesn't know how to count. They charge an additional 4% of total price!

Used to love this place. I've been told that it's under new management. They have changed the preparation of their hot pot specialty dishes, and these no longer have the spices and ingredients that made the dishes so tasty. Also, I went in to pick up an order a few weeks ago, and the people behind the counter were not wearing masks.
With the changes, the food is pretty run-of-the-mill. It's not bad, but it used to be, IMHO, so much better.

The guy who took our order was so nice and quickly brought our food out & it was so good and hot. My fiance & niece also loved their food. All around a good experience and will come back.
