Wendy's

This is consistently the worst Wendy's restaurant I've ever been too. It's location is convenient for me, so I inevitably visit it a couple times a year. The food is ok, but the store is always in some type of disarray and I ALWAYS end up waiting 25+ minutes. Tonight's wait was 10 minutes to order at the drive through, 5+ minutes at the window only to get half my order, 10 minutes waiting for the second half of my order, and 5+ minutes inside trying to get the rest of my order only to find out they couldn't fill my order and wanted to substitute the chicken sandwiches for something else. The only choices for soft drinks were Diet Coke and root beer. I would just go to the Burger King next door, but the quality of their food isn't as good and they have their own set of problems.

Dirty place. It's old. It looks old, feels old, and gives you just bad feelings to start with. The food was gross. My burger was dripping grease from the beginning. The salad was brown. And the chicken nuggets where old. The fries where not fully cooked so they where just blah. And the sodas had a lack of carbonation.

Absolutely awful service. I walked into the restaurant past one employee, who stared blankly and awkwardly at me, and up to the counter, where another employee clearly saw me and said nothing, didn't even smile at me or look alive whatsoever. I then waited three or four minutes to even be served, in a totally empty restaurant. The guy never thanked me or displayed any behavior resembling friendliness. All of the people after me had to wait even longer than I did, up to 5 minutes to even be served and up to 10 minutes for their food. The food was fine, but the service was too bad not to give a one star review. Won't be returning.

I waited over 20 minutes in line, only 2 cars ahead of me. There were no fountain drinks, my order wasn't ready when I got to the window and then at home my "plain" burger had onions and other stuff on it. Since I'm highly allergic to onions I'll be taking that mess back. No one would answer the phone when I called!

One word, UNPROFESSIONAL!! I paid for a medium frosty and they gave me a small, I ordered 4 nuggets and they charged me for a whole kids meal and wanted to argue with me that 4 nuggets by themselves are the same price as a whole kids meal. Oh yeah and there were 2 rocks in my double stack burger. I called them 12 times to speak to a manager and no one will answer the phone. If you want fast and dependable, professional service, DO NOT come here!! I only gave a 1 star rating because that's the lowest and they don't have a -1 star rating option.

I waited in line in the drive through for a very long time because they couldn’t get the order in front of me right! Then I’m asked to pull up they are making me fresh nuggets, well I get my food about 5 Minutes later and my fries look like they were from last night and my nuggest were not fresh! Get it together Wendy’s y’all are always good but today was a bad day for y’all I guess!
