We enjoyed our experience here. The staff was super helpful, kind and efficient. A great model of teamwork and enjoying your place of work.
The food was remarkably average. The rice comes out on a plate and looks like it was smashed down to be perfectly flat. A little strange but was fine. The sauces that are offered is a way to create a flavor profile that appeals to you, but the sauce that came with the teriyaki steak and rice was nondescript.
We also ordered the orange chicken. Which was really ORANGE, like with several orange slices in the dish. Not that oranges are bad, but if you order the orange chicken just know to expect a strong orange flavor and not some hint of that flavor.
Open seating setup was nice and convenient.

This is the 2nd time I have tried to eat here. It's the worst food I have ever tasted. The egg roll was so burnt and tasted like old dirty grease and the rice was either so old or undercooked it was crunchy. I took one bite of both and threw it aways. The rice has an unknown pink goo on the lid and all over the rice. It literally made me ill. I work at a high end salon next door and I had not eaten all day, wanted to go home and study for school after working 10 hours and was excited to gave dinner, instead I went to bed hungry and sick to my stomach. I asked for some sweet and spicy sauce they said sure pull up and it will be with the food when we bring it out. They didn't give me any. I will call them tomorrow for a refund. It was a few cents shy of $12.00 and was absolute garbage. Never again!

I used to love this place my orange chicken with udon noodles was great. But over the last month the price for this order has gone up multiple times from $12 and change to $17 and change. Today is the last time I’m going.

The food is always really good. The staff are always really nice and helpful. My son loves dining in. I would definitely recommend!!

The only thing satisfying thing about this place is the customer service, beside that ZERO stars. This food has NO FLAVOR!!!!! I am highly disappointed. The noodles taste like straight soy sauce and nothing else. My 5 year old who eats anything and everything didn't even want to eat his food.
I do not recommend this place to anyone.

It's a Chinese fast food chain. It was ok, didn't expect much didn't get disappointed a lot..

I decided to go 5 plus miles to get Orange chicken. It not only taste dry as if it had been sitting there but its chopped small enough, you can be lucky to get a toothpick in a piece. I was so upset I couldn't even go back inside to get my money back. I just chalked it up as a loss & drove straight over to PF Changs, where I'm never disappointed. Im adding pictures to what I got before I give it to my dog.
