If I could give zero, I would regarding management. As for the two men that helped us, you did the best you could so thank you. In regards to the menu, the classic combo was showing available when we ordered multiple meals in addition to other items. When we got to the window to pay, they gave us the total of $10 more than what it should have been. Before paying, I asked to check the order only to find out they no longer offer what we order and other higher priced combos were put in verses what it should have been. The guy went to ask a manager for her to come back and say she had been there all day and this had not been questioned. I asked if she wanted me to go back through and take a picture to show her it was still on their menu and she said no. I explained to her if I would have known, I would have ordered something different for the same price they were charging me. She said ok and asked if I wanted the order or not, so I told her to cancel it and left. If your menu changes, make sure your menu board is correct. It's not that I couldn't pay for the difference, it's the principal of the matter, don't false advertise and lie to your customers. They pay their money to keep your business running so treat them right. Definitely off of our list of places to eat from now on. Sadly this is coming from a customer that has previously given you perfect ratings in the past.

I had the worst experience ever. The manager was not wearing a name tag. After I walked in and walked to the register to place my order he was extremely rude. He told me in a manner I don’t get spoken to in to use the kiosk and he’d get to my order when he got to it. Then I was forced to wait 10 minutes to pay for my order and it was missing part of my food. Plus he didn’t give me my drink cup when I paid. A polite young worker tried to help me get out of there faster and he told him not to worry about helping me that he’d get to me when he did. I will not give this store another chance to redeem itself

Not happy that places are going to self serve check out. I do not want to walk into a fast food place (or any retail place for that matter) and have to check myself out on a kiosk or checkout. Cashiers are supposed to be employed for a reason. If they were super busy I would understand directing some people to the kiosk but at this point in time they were not busy.

My husband ordered five tacos and received 73 sauce packets which completely crushed his tacos this is ridiculous someone should be doing something about this and the stores management how do they even stay in business with such poor customer service skills like this?

Place was very clean
First time allowed inside. Person taking the order was extremely nice. Place was very clean and not crowded. Enjoyed the food here.

Always decent. Employees are always nice. Always get plenty of sauce. One of my favorite places to eat.

Drive thru had a long line, from the intercom to leaving with my order about 2 or 3 minutes. That's pretty cool in my book
