Ihop

I’ve been to this IHop many times and service is usually pretty good and the food comes out good and in a timely manner , but this time they messed up both my friends and I’s orders, the waitress took forever to ask for our orders when there was only 1 other group there. I ordered Tres Leches pancakes and they put HOT SAUCE instead of the usual tres leches glaze. I mean seriously ? hot sauce ??? When i brought this to the attention of one of the waitress’s she immediately said “i know, i’m sorry” if she knew she should have came up to me before i took a bite of that disgusting pancake, not after, acting as if she didn’t expect me to notice ??? my friend ordered chicken and waffles and they brought them pancakes instead so when asked to exchange they said sure and 15 minutes later it still hadn’t come out so we asked again, then the waitress asked the cook and we heard him yell across the kitchen asking where the waffle mix was. Oh and to add on to all this, the place smelt like chemicals and the strong smell of a dirty bathroom. Overall a terrible experience.

This is probably the worst IHOP I've ever been to. We tried them a year ago and it was not good but not terrible. Decided to give them another chance and was super disappointed. Server did not ask if we needed a high chair even though I was clearly struggling with a 1 year old so had to get her attention to get us one. Didn't ask if we wanted the combo or just pancakes and didn't get kids menus for our kids. Told her we wanted the new minion kids meal that was on the sign and she gave us a half stack of the minion pancakes instead (not the end of the world). The two my kid got were more than my "full stack" of strawberry cheesecake pancakes. What really drove it through was having 3 and not 4 cheesecake pancakes that were Crunchy, overcooked, tiny, and no cheesecake in them but you can bet it still rang up as a full stack. Didn't even bother eating them and our server never checked in. Understandable since she seemed busy but still. They only knocked a couple dollars off but I wasn't waiting another 30-40 minutes for more disappointing pancakes. Our kids were already frustrated from the first wait. Please start paying your employees enough to care. 2 stars only because my husband's pancakes came out fine.

The cleaning supplies where left on a table right beside us the entire time where there the restaurant was filthy and not busy at all but the people there acted like they where at top capacity. The soap despiser in the mens bathroom wasn’t attached to the wall it was seating on sink. Our waiter had to come ask us what we ordered and asked three other people the same question. Than when they finally got our food out 1 hr later they forgot two complete entrées. And the ones we got where missing pancakes. all the food was cold. Our table had syrup with hair attached to it I had to clean the table my self. Our waiter did not refill our drinks and the soft drinks where not working so we wound up getting water and still had to pay for the drinks at the end. If I could of gave 0 stars or neg that’s what it would have been. I will never go back to this ihop again as a matter fact this restaurant needs to be closed down for violations. When it was time to pay to leave had to get a different waiter to check us out because our waiter was to busy trying to fix other people orders. Word of advice to people who are going to eat here do your self a favor and go somewhere else

People are extremely rude. I ordered a hash brown to go and I come home and start eating while watching a movie and I start eating and I ate something weird and I when I realized it was bacon and I threw up. I have never even touched it before because of my religion and this people just gave me eat bacon with my hash brown.

Ok I went there to have a nice breakfast to sit and relax before going to work at 4:30am. The problem was that there computer was down (This happened to me a few times). They did say that I could use the app and it would go through. There were a few problems with the app. First they didn't have the full menu on it. The second was that the prices were more expensive then the menu in the restaurant. I did use it to get and told them what I really wanted. They said it wouldn't be a problem. Now the third problem was that they wouldn't let me sit and eat and had to take it to go. As far as the food went. It was good. I did like the tast and the portions. The server was nice enough but wouldn't accommodate me as liked by letting me sit and eat. saying it was against policy to sit anyone while the computer was down.
