Pros: breakfast was cooked right. Cons: they had a dog they feed outside that comes inside. They had 4 waitresses that could've managed the busy dining room better if they were trained properly. Example: when you fill a tables coffee, you don't just fill your own table, you offer other tables as well = teamwork. Also, when you enter the building, if you're not from here you don't know which door to use so we went in through the wrong door that has NO signage stating to use other door (see pics). Overall, might eat here again, but with so many choices in Lubbock, probably won't.

I called to place a drive thru order and no one responded. When I asked at the window, I got excuse after excuse so that's disappointing to me from the git go. The food is ok. I had a breakfast meal with white gravy and I have to say the gravy was the best part. How do you get eggs wrong? I mean, I could eat them, but they seemed to have been laying under a heat lamp for awhile and if that was not the case, why did they look like that? Prices are very reasonable considering prices during 2022. I haven't been inside since the pandemic, so 🤷. It's close to my home and a tradition for extended family. So that's how I learned of it since moving back to Lubbock in 2007. I just can't give it five stars. It's not over the top. It's fair and average.

The people are always friendly, the food is always good, and you can request something be made and they always nail it, even if it's not on the menu. If they have the stuff they'll make it. Prices are a bit high but that's to be expected since grocery prices have skyrocketed. The one thing I absolutely do not like is the fact that they charge $4.58 for a large cup of coffee!!! You gotta be kidding me! I could go to Starbux for the same price. Please do better on that...coffee is cheap there's no way it should cost that much. Other than that I really like the place and always recommend it.

*My family and I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING AT THIS LOCATION* HUSBAND RECOMMENDS THE OTHER LOCATION ACROSS TOWN* My hubby finally convinced his mother to come have a nice breakfast with us and we should've picked somewhere else, like we were going to. For starters our server was slow and lazy, she seemed lost and didn't know where to go or who to take care of next.she did not come to work ready.. My husband had to get up to get a refill of his coffee from the ONLY server who was actually helpful. Then they forgot my plate(western omelet)and on top of that, it didn't taste to great, my toast wasn't toasted. It looked as if they just slapped some butter on it. I had whole chuncks of bell pepper in my omelet. Should've just gave me a bell pepper on the side🫑 in that case.And my hash brown was only cooked on one side.In the end I had to get a whole different plate(beef enchilada plate)because the quality wasn't great. The manager was not helpful AT ALL! And our server was her daughter, so no wonder, she had no motivation to be there.

No one here is good except this one server. Here name is Amber. This place would not even be good to eat at if she was not there. Seems like everyone else is having trouble getting it together. For the price of what you eat you should have service with a smile. Amber always has. I'll only eat here when she is at work if she doesn't work ill be going somewhere else.

Great fresh food,but the owner is rude both times iv gone. This time was over returning my tea I asked for sweet tea and there was no sugar at all in it so I asked if I could get a dr pepper. And from across the restuarant he tells what's the problem what wrong and the waiter says it's not sweet he yells what they cant add sugar really rudely at that time I was ready to leave but my kids just wanted the food they ordered I think that's just the way his demeanor may be I believe he's Russian but he's so loud everything sounds rude. will not be returning
