Five Guys

Oh my goodness this burger restaurant is to die for. I love how fresh, juicy yet almost melts in your mouth soft their burgers are. The fries are perfectly cooked (perfect texture) they aren't burnt, hard, under cooked the fries are perfection. Nice selection of drink varieties. The shakes are delicious. The service is fast and accurate. The employees are very friendly and polite (nice). Never once have I eaten here was the dinning area, patio area, restrooms, drink area or food preparation area nasty-messy or unclean. They keep this place very clean. The music playing inside is always a nice delight as well great range of generation variety and choice in music. For burgers this is my absolute favorite place.

Friendly, patient staff. Best restaurant burger I've EVER had. Fresh ingredients, juicy, accurate order. I was disappointed in the shakes. Sweet but lacked distinguishing flavor. We had a chocolate malt and salted caramel shake. First time able to find 5 Guys. Live 3 hrs away from Lubbock Texas. Will definitely go there again.

My cheese burger was so very delicious! The person who took my order was very sweet and even praised my choice of added pickkes because that is how they eat their burgers. They were very personable and service was quick. Our burgets and fries were SO. DANG.GOOD! McKinley was adorable. I had just had my final chemo session and my burger was to celebrate. I am so glad we picked 5 Guys!

It seems like bad customer service is becoming the standard in America, and it's mostly coming from people I can tell are on the Left/Democrats. Folks. It doesn't matter how you got hired, whether that was for some quota or whatever, you still have to be reasonably nice in customer service. I would've been written up/fired for so many of the things fast food cashiers do now, apparently they're lucky enough to have very lax managers. I've let hundreds of rude cashiers get away with it, but even I have my limits to my patience. If you're rude to me again, I am going to verbally destroy you down to your very core. I'm done. Be polite, or get the hell out of customer service. "Well I don't actually want to work, I want to do it begrudgingly!" Then quit. Jesus. Shoving the tip jar at me after I already tipped you on the order screen? I used to be a server, if I did anything like that to a customer I would've been fired. Everyone else was fine besides the cashier. 50% of your job as a cashier is to be a nice face for the establishment. If you can't be nice, go back to Kindergarten where they teach you how to do that.
