Wings, and pizza were great. But that was it. We spent $79.38 and left very unsatisfied. The chicken parmigiana was not good the noodles over cooked and very watered down tomato sauce, tortellini with Alfredo sauce just tasted like a creamy water down flour sauce with salt and pepper.

Ordered online through them and they got my order wrong. Pizza looked like it had been out for hours and was reheated to lukewarm. Couldn't even finish a slice. I also got the garlic cheese bread and that was flavorless. Would never go again.

I had the loaded meat lovers and it was excellent. The crust was on the doughy side, just the way I like it and meat truly was loaded high

Went to school in Lubbock and have been going to One Guys since I was young. We have not been in two years and I was so disappointed today. The owner retired and the person who owns the Quaker location bought this one out. This was my favorite pizza place period. The people working said we will take care of you. The only thing that was the same was the toppings. The old owner was there every time we came in and he had the magic crust touch. Tonight it was to thick and doughy. It use to be thin, crunchy with just enough softness in the middle. Look at the pics people post and you can see it’s not the same compared to my picture below from 2017. I Can’t believe my pizza place is gone. I can only hope the old owner opens another place and we meet again..

Tony and One Guy are THE BEST. They just catered our wedding Memorial Day weekend and per usual, the pizza was BOMB and setup was beautiful. Pricing for pizzas and salad was more than reasonable. Tony was on the ball and easy to reach throughout the whole planning process. He was very thorough and was able to change some of the menu to include gluten free pizzas for my bride who is newly diagnosed with celiacs. He came over to us during the night to say hello, check in, and make sure we were satisfied.
Even more amazing, was the hand written note and SEVERAL One Guy coupons in a letter to us with well wishes and congratulations we received after our wedding. The pizza was amazing as always, but what made us smile extra big was Tony and his crew and how phenomenal they are in customer service. They made our day so special-Who doesn't love pizza, especially at a wedding?! Thank you!!

Love, love, LOVE, this pizza! We started going there when we were in Lubbock for swim meets when our kids were little and we make it a point to still stop there now that the kids are grown and flown. Great menu, great calzones, and great pizza! Love their crust! This is no mass produced pie, it's the real deal!

As someone who lived in NYC last summer! This is the next best thing to NYC pizza it has the right amount of sauce! Since NYC has hardly any sauce. But this pizza hit!!!! Nice owner too!
