Burger King

stopped here for break fast while traveling back home. i called before coming because it didn’t look open, (lack of cars in parking lot) but a nice lady answered and said in 5 minutes. I was a little early so I just waited at the speaker. Exactly at 7:00 AM she answered with a bright/cheery welcome! When we got to the window she explained she was working alone she’ll our food as fast as she can! Not even a 5 minute wait! We just traveled from Wisconsin to Florida. now we’re on our way back to Wisconsin and I think she was one of the best and friendliest employees I have encountered on this trip as I have had a handful unfortunately of bad ones on this vacation alone. /: so THANK YOU so much to the nice lady who provided AWESOME and EXCELLENT service! Atleast I got one nice fast food experience on this trip now! (; & even while opening by yourself! You ROCK girl!!!!

I’ve always been a fan of Burger King because the food most of the time tastes better. It’s sad to see that they aren’t more of them. However today I went to this Burger King, of which I’ve been to many of times but after today, this might be my last. I can deal with slow times because of staffing issues but I can’t deal wrong orders or attitude. I ordered 2 breakfast meals with drinks plus an iced coffee and I ordered a hamburger happy meal for my kid. They screen had it as a cheeseburger meal. I said can you change it to hamburger and I only want Lettuce Tomato Mayo and onion. Of course it was a cheeseburger with everything plus the lettuce tomato and onion. While at the window I paid with my card. The young lady working the window asked if I wanted a receipt and I said yes I would, she didn’t give me one with my card, I assumed it was in the bag. She then gives me my coffee and a juice box so I put them in the only 2 cup holders I have in the front of my car. Then another female employee wearing a brown shirt brings the food. After giving me the food I said thanks and she just looks at me. I said I’m waiting on the 2 drinks I had for the meals. She said ok and shuts the window. She opens the window and gives me one of the drinks, since the other drinks are in my cup holder, I’m holding the 3rd drink. The other girl comes to the window with my last drink and hands it out the window. I asked if I could have a cup holder, to which she says yes. She puts the last drink in their and I handed the 3rd drink back because she had it on a flat surface and the lady in the brown shirt rolls her eyes and says, “you couldn’t do that yourself?” The young lady gave me my cup holder and away I went. I wasn’t going to lose my cool but I figured I would leave a review through the survey on my receipt but when I got home there wasn’t a receipt. Also I had 1 straw for 3 drinks and like I said earlier, my kids burger was all messed up. I don’t expect a high class meal when eating at Burger King but attitude and correct order isn’t asking too much. Sadly I don’t think I’ll be able to go back to Burger King. You lost another customer.

Place is horrible!!! Lady in front of me ordered like 8 sandwiches all special order stuff basically like a 60 dollar order. I go next order 2 basic sandwiches instead of asking the lady to pull up or park they made us wait like 15 minutes behind her. Me and 2 other cars actually pulled out of the drive thru and left. Mcdonalds will park a big order Wendy's and Culver's will also do this because it's common sense. There is nothing fast about this place.

It's amazing that tonight is the first night that you can't substitute a side salad for fries without having to buy it separately, but then on top of that I received my salad that was covered by Saran Wrap. Then to 100% cap off this night, I didn't even get salad dressing. The last time I ordered here the salad had a piece of their vent in it, which I bit down on. Needless to say this place is ridiculous!!!

First time I’ve ever actually taken my burger off the bun and put it between two pieces of bread that I had at home because the buns were hard as a rock. There’s no way that whoever put these whoppers into the bag didn’t feel how hard these buns were thru the packaging. I sort of think they did it on purpose as well because it was the same employees who I made a complaint about last week about them getting my entire order wrong and giving me an attitude at the drive-thru just because I asked if I could use a coupon at the window. Sorry I’m not proficient in Burger King coupon protocol, I didn’t know that it was crucial that I had to ask at the speaker box instead of the window. After the most disgusting meal that I’ve ever had there today, I will not ever be coming back.
