Dunkin'

EDIT: I HAD TO SPEND MORE MONEY AND BUY A NEW ONE AT THE THORNDIKE / DUTTON STREET LOCATION IN THIS IS HOW IT'S SUPPOSED TO BE IN TASTE GREAT I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE now let me start by saying I could be Petty and say every time I go through the drive-through everyday they give me a short straw with a large drink which is asinine... But that's not even my complaint When I order a frozen mocha cofee in the morning I'm not asking for a Frozen cup of chocolate I'm going to post a picture with this and show you the cup of garbage I just got and it's frustrating because I already don't like this location as it is and I've had other incidents here but I bite my tongue because it's the closest one to my house and sometimes I have work and need to be on time but this is literally the last straw I'm all set I'm going to travel for better quality .. . This is a cup of slop and I'm so disgusted that anybody would think that this is okay

Cuz they're going at the order straight I had a bunch of stuff I asked for the tray the kids said there are no trays and I said there's a whole stack of trays right there and as my hands were full with three coffees and two bags of donuts and munchkins he said you really need a tray I'm like yeah he's like oh do you need me to get you a tray I'm like you know what forget it then I proceeded to drop my coffee and then they refused to give me another one until I paid for it Gorham Street Lowell

If I can give it -1 I would. 3 coffees, order #356. 1/15/20. Coffee taste like water. I don't know what toilet water taste like but I am sure it is something like this coffee I ordered. By far this is the worst Dunkin' in the Lowell area. The staff members are extremely unprofessional and seem like they don't care about your orders. I always take a gamble coming to this location. I will drive to Chelmsford from now on. Not worth wasting my money like this anymore.

I’ve gone to this location a couple times as I cover a store near by once a week. I’m not too familiar with this area but it’s close and thought it would be convenient. Almost every time I have gone to this location I haven’t been satisfied with my order or the service. Today I went to get my normal medium iced vanilla chi latte with the ice in a separate cup. The lady working the drive through said “just so you are aware it won’t be a true medium because they are pre portioned amounts for each size.” That I can understand, but why is that every other dunkin’s I’ve been to has never mentions that before and even still my drink ends up being “true”to the size I ordered?! I’ve also never paid for an ice cup at other locations when purchasing a drink...so why they charged me an additional.50 cents for an ice cup is beyond me. Not that I really care about .50 cents but it’s just the point of the matter. Also when I was drinking my chi latte I noticed it didn’t really taste right, I dumped it into a separate cup and I found that the chi mixture is all stuck to the bottom of the cup...maybe they should work on there stirring/mixing skills? Maybe some more training? I mean it doesn’t take a genius to do that simple task. Every time I’ve come to this location it’s always something but the one thing that stands out to me the most is the customer service. I’ve worked in customer service for so long and the staff here makes me feel like they don’t care about their jobs, like it’s just a pay check to them. If your like me and like to get exactly what you ordered and have it taste the way it should, I would suggest going to a different location.
