Dunkin'

I prefer going late at night. Nice and laid back crew; good quality service. Went by around 1pm today and got a Snackin’ Bacon. I can overlook the cold order of bacon if the service inside were a bit faster and if I didn’t literally witness what appeared to be one of the managers raising her voice at two younger employees right in front of everyone. I could tell the young lady who took my order was new to some degree. But I’m annoyed because the “aggressor” is the same young woman I tipped last night. I got my order a couple of minutes later from an older man who wore a pink manager name tag. He seems quite reserved but I hope he addressed the young lady about her actions. From personal restaurant management experience, you have to remember that along with treating guests with respect your character shows from the other side of the counter also. Your crew are a mere reflection of you. Thanks guys!

Though the line seemed long, the car at the window probably had an issue with their order. After that car left, the line moved quickly. I tried the new sour dough breakfast sandwich, which I was happy to see because it has cheddar cheese (I am lactose intolerant and cheddar has no lactose). Unfortunately, the sandwich was dry and flavorless. Disappointing.

This is the worst DD in Lowell. Do not order through Door Dash using this DD location. Today they ran out of iced coffee and instead of contacting us they gave us ICED TEA. When I complained to Door Dash and had them redeliver because they did not give us iced coffee they sent iced tea again. Iced teas had DAIRY MILK in it when I'm allergic and vegan, so I could have gotten food poisoning as well. Really unprofessional and makes tons of mistakes.

I don’t know what happened to this dunks but they have not been on top of their game for a while now. I stopped going to this dunks about two months ago because the food was just not the same. I decided to go back today because I had no other option and of course I order the new power veggie sandwich and hash browns. When I got home I opened my bag and there were two bacon egg and cheese sandwiches which I can’t eat because I’m a vegetarian. This will be my last time going to this dunks.
