Pizza Hut

Today I order two medium two topping pizza , I order pineapple and bacon and ham and bacon instead I got plain cheese pizza and pepperoni and when I called back to tell them I got the wrong pizza they sound upset about it.workers need to do a better job ! First of all I drove two mile to go pick up the pizza back-and-forth is 4 miles, because of their mistake they should delivery it for free and not charging a delivery fee and should not ask to take the wrong pizza back it should give it out for free. Very bad experience. Lowell Pizza Hut is not good!

I called to make a delivery and the person on the phone told me it would be about half an hour wait. I waited more than an hour just to be told they didn’t have an order placed under my name or address once I called again inquiring about my food. I had already paid for an order that according to them wasn’t placed. The WORST Pizza Hut I have ever encountered. I’ve had zero problems with the other pizza huts in the surrounding areas.

My order was not ready until 40 minutes after expected. I understand times can vary and staffing is low, but the expected ready time should be adjusted when staffing is short. I had to stand in the waiting area for 40 minutes. Had I known it was going to be an hour, I would not have arrived until closer to ready time. I was also told that my order was coming out of the oven and it had not even been made yet. Set proper expectations will result in better service.
