First time trying this place and it is BY FAR the worst place to get chicken ziti Alfredo. From the moment I picked it up, I knew it was going to be gross from the smell alone. It smelled like feet and the Alfredo was chunky and thrown on top of spaghetti with chicken that wasn’t cooked all the way through. I am so disgusted I couldn’t even finish one bite.

Phantom Gourmet better have Brothers Deli & Pizza of Lowell ABSOLUTELY Voted #1 BEST AROUND by now and I mean EVERYTHING ON THE MENU would impress a food critic that knows food in addition to being the cleanest friendliest place since 1975. Should win every single award for BEST AROUND IN EVERY SINGLE WAY PERIOD.

I don’t know where to begin. This is hands down the most underrated place I have witnessed in my life. The cheese-steaks are the closest you will get to Philadelphia. The pizza recipe they have really must be from Greece like they say because I am from Greece and see the resemblance, but this is actually even better than the pizza in Greece which feels crazy to say but it’s true. I actually love their pizza and calzones more than Italian. Their homemade signature Alfredo sauce is another story. I feel like they should sell it to retail stores lol and I’m not joking, that’s how good it is! I normally get the grilled chicken Alfredo but occasionally order it in pizza and calzones as well. Their prices are ridiculously low for the highest quality food they serve. If you are ever in the area…you need to visit this hidden gem pronto!!!

Their pizza was my favorite, haven't order from there in a long time, The pizza is so thin barely any cheese but it's double the price, I understand everything is expensive but quality is also important, very disappointed!

Ordered chicken tenders, fries, and garden salad. It was really good. Friendly people behind the counter too.

The pizza was not good, the dough was similar to Chuckycheese, texture of cardboard and flavorless. They also messed up my order. I never *ever* leave reviews but I was sincerely dissipointed.
