Staff here are on a different dimension. Had to wait 10 minutes in line when the place was almost empty. . 20 minutes later they tell me "we are waiting on the muffins to thaw out'!!! Can't just say we're out. It took me 25 minutes to get egg and cheese in an empty restaurant.

Clean stove even the bathroom coffees fresh tried a new flavor I don't like gotta have my coffee wen I finally escape and get out.

The food can be decent or bad. The service can be decent or bad. Other customers can be decent or bad. Everything just depends on the day and time, but it's never really better than just tolerable.

Every time I've tried to order regular glazed donuts, I've gotten jelly filled and powdered, and an assortment of types that no one here eats. The first time I just ordered 6 and got a bunch of weird ones. The 2nd time I tried ordering only glazed, but they did the same thing.
Also the hot chocolate tasted really gross and watered down - I ordered 5 of them and only 1 actually tasted good. One had chunks of chocolate that wouldn't dissolve, the other ones were so watered down they looked gray. The hot chocolate is usually great here btw, so I'm hoping it's just a fluke.
The bacon was amazing, bagel bites too. The sausage was pretty good and nice size as well. Over all it turned out to be "meh" 🤷♀️

very rude. I bought food here and ended up using the bathroom and got yelled at because they told me I didn't buy anything, when I did. I don't approve of that when I am a paying customer and even left a tip for them as well.

Absolutely awful customer service on the part of Melissa. Consistently receive the wrong items that I did not order. Open your ears and learn customer service skills. It’s not hard to understand though, it is LowHell, given the high number of homeless people who congregate outside.

It's always a problem with Dunkin' donuts they never get the coffee right for some reason

My arm was bleeding after falling outside from a skateboard ride and I had to rush to the bathroom to wash it out. However, you have to pay to let the bathroom door open, making it a pay to use bathroom, which is cringe
