Pica's

Pica's was not what I was expecting. I was expecting a sit-down restaurant with table service, but it was, instead, a place where you order up at a counter and then take a number to your table. As my friend and I were hoping to enjoy some margaritas and chips and salsa before the meal, we ended up having to go back to the counter repeatedly throughout the night. Happy hour margs are decent, but when they spicy, it's not really spicy, and I don't recommend the hibiscus one at all (had an odd flavor profile to me). The service at the counter was polite and helpful and the environment was clean and open. I ordered the adobada burrito, which was a little bland, but the pico de gallo (what they use for salsa) was pretty good.
