This guy, had been trying to order for 39 minutes before I finally left. They Just made 20 cars sit in the drive through... No one would talk on the intercom to the people ordering and they only have the drive through open and some how they can only handle 1 customer per 30 minutes. It's an absolute joke. They need to fire the entire staff it was honestly like they were closed.

Very poor service
Updating 6/22. Almost the worst experience to date. I mobile ordered and got nothing more than what the menu specifies. I said light amount of mayo? I got extra. I said no tomatoes. I got tomato. I added pickles and onions. Nope and nope. The strawberry frosty was premelted for me so I wonder why I got a spoon and not a straw. The fries- extra salty and on the verge of inedible. People were nice enough when they could get to speaker or window though.

Wendy's food is always grade A just how I like it. Their meat is extremely good and high grade and they cook their burgers with quality in mind. I have never had an order from Wendy's that was made incorrectly. The only issue I had with one Wendy's was they forgot to give me three frosties instead of two but they quickly resolved the issue after I called and explained what happened. The customer service there is very good and the employees treat you with respect. If I had to choose between Wendy's or McDonald's hands down that's a no-brainer it would be Wendy's 100 times out of 100.

I can understand not taking cash. But no ice and still not getting your order right! Plus they have me sweet tea instead of in sweet tea! Send me into insulin shock.

Lousy experience. Ordered several items in the app, including a salad. When finally getting to the pick up window (it was terribly slow), was informed they were out of all salads yet I had already paid via credit card. My receipt showed they owed me about $10 in "change" but the manager Jeremy said he couldn't open the drawer and that I would receive a credit on my charge card. Weeks later-no credit. Guess I need to track down Jeremy and have a go at this once again.

Zero stars wasn’t an option . Slowest Wendy’s in town . Makes the highlands location seem like a decent place after waiting over a half hour in line at the drive through (my choice I realize ) poor poor management to allow a ten minute per car pace . Truly pathetic store .

Would've been great if they had the salad and potato I really wanted but they did have decent substitutions. I was really grateful that this location still open after 6pm unlike the other 2 locations I had to pass by.

I ordered the $5 biggie deal. Even being short staffed the customer service was still great and the food was good. That deal is pretty good for only $5.
