Quick, hot and delicious. 1st time in a long time I have got a pizza this quick and hot and fresh as well. Only 1 problem. They do not give out napkins & paper plates anymore which I think is a disservice to all Hut loyal customers. At $5.25 delivery charge you get absolutely no amenities. I always loved getting the packages of parmesan cheese & red peppers in the foil packages. And no napkins? The whole point of take out is no clean up. But now you have to drag out plates and napkins and parmesan of your own. I really feel that this is a disservice. Makes my day when I can sit down eat with absolutely no clean up. But no more. If I was getting the pizza for kids after the game and eating at the picnic table I would have to bring all this stuff myself. So that will be the only downfall of Pizza Hut!!! Please think about providing customers with this service. I would be willing to pay maybe $1 for plates & napkins. So many restaurants have quit putting any napkins ,plastic ware, salt, pepper at the drive thru. Take a minute and consider the reason we are eating out?? 1) dont want to cook. 2) no clean up 3) the fun of it. But all the fun is gone when you are eating at the park and the kids cant eat because they got no plastic ware or napkins!! Ruin my evening in a flash!!

Haven't had Pizza Hut in a long time. Pizza was ready in 15 mins, employees had amazing attitudes and were friendly, and for the first time ever, my children wanted to eat the supreme pizza I ordered. They couldn't resist how amazing it smelled. They said it was the best pizza they've had (and we eat pizza often from several different places). Will definitely be ordering from them again. We ordered pepperoni, meat lovers, and supreme pan pizzas and wings. Probably wouldnt order the wings again though lol

I was apprehensive to order from the pizza hut due to issues that happened a few years ago, but something told me to give them another chance and I am so glad I did. This experience was simply charming. Everything was perfect, delivered on time with the sweetest delivery driver! I am excited to have pizza hut back in my pool of food to order from!

My order was late, and the pizza was already starting to cool. The driver was a nice man, but every time we get him, it seems like our order comes later than your online program tells us it will be. Most of the time, if you tell me the order will be here in an hour, we get it sooner than that. This time, it arrived 10-15 after your delivery time stated on the website.
