Ordered the boneless wing bundle to try the new hot honey. Barely any sauce/seasoning were on the 10 in that flavor, but I got the other 10 in the smokey bbq and they were good. The fried corn was the best part.

I’ve never had problems with this Wingstop. I love coming here especially cause it’s closer than the other Louisville locations because I live very far. I came yesterday and I didn’t think to check my food because it’s never been wrong, but I got home and my food was wrong this time. I called it in and spoke with the manager,Tyrell, he was very apologetic and replaced my order when I came the next day. He’s got a great smile and his customer service was excellent!!

First time in this establishment was a great experience. That gentleman that took our order, Ace, was absolutely the happiest person Ive ever ordered from. Food came quickly and tastes great. Will absolutely be back!

I wanted to try Wingstop to compare it to BW3s. I enjoyed Wingstop. They had a few different wing types and flavors. Also seemed like they give you more customization options for wings and combos. The one thing that certainly stood out was Wingstop had much better customer service than BW3s, and my order was ready ON TIME.

The staff is always friendly and they work hard. The food is always good quality. So good of quality that my cat rubbed up against the carrots and celery box I got from them like she was getting a catnip high (she didn't eat it, she just fell in love with it or something). Enjoy!

My husband and I LOVE Wingstop, and when we ordered from there today we were reminded why! First off, the wings and fries are unmatched, but secondly, the customer service is ON POINT. I wish I would have asked for the man’s name on the phone tonight, but he was great. My husband always gets the dry rub and extra rub on the side to dip in. They had no problem making sure there was extra rub on the wings when he requested. Plus, they sprinkled the spices on the sauce in the to go rub containers 🙌 🔥 Thank you! Highly recommended.
