Oct 2019, decided to try this based on the reviews and location. It was awesome! We were the only ones there and they gave us the menu run down and what the favs are. You can't go wrong! Order, eat, enjoy!

So delicious! Got the Bbq Chicken and cheese waffle sandwich, and it was great. Lightly sweet sauce and no gristle in the chicken. Very tender meat. Plus it was fun!

Waffle Jack is superb. It's surprising how one waffle can fill up your stomach. Walked out with my waffle in hand while a waiting customer said the waffle I ordered looked good. It tastes amazing. 4* because they should ask if it's to go or not. They don't box it unless you tell them so. When I did once, one of the workers gave me the box to do it myself. I was taken back but I let it slide. I recommend this place for a snack or craving.

They have great offers and are friendly staff and good service. They have lots of offers and have good variety. The chicken barbecue has pretty good flavor and the waffle itself isn't sweet to overpower the savory.

When you are first met with the staff, they are friendly and give incredible service. The Waffles taste amazing, as well as the prices are fair! Would absolutely recommend you to try them out if you haven't already. Good for both a snack and for a solid lunch.

Ordered the #10 (Nutella waffle). Outstanding. I too was wary of a kiosk store in a mall but Wafflejack was awesome! Will definitely go back and sample other options.

I got the Churro one and it was very good, it's soft on the outside but firm on the inside while keeping a slight crispy texture on the waffle. Cinnamon wasn't overpowering. Just wished it was a bit warmer when handed to me.

It’s a cold rainy day in Hollywood so what could be better than some comfort food? Waffles are great but waffles with melted macaroni and cheese and bacon are better. Yum Yum Yum ! Glad to stumble on this little gem of a spot!

Delicious flavors from Brussels with love!!
I lived in the Netherlands for six months, a country that has a lot of the infusion of Belgian culture and I greatly missed the chewy waffles you would find right outside the snack bar at any train station. This place has both the authentic flavor with a lot of exciting twists.
A must if you are checking out an event at the Chinese or Egyptian Theatres.
