So glad we got here before they close next month. I've always enjoyed coming here for date night and reccomend reservations. I'm giving 5 stars across the board from past visits too, but they were busy and short staffed so we waited for the server longer than usual. Also it was chilly and they don't have enough heat lamps to keep everyone comfortable. Given they were short staffed and unfortunately closing in May I'm giving them grace. The food is excellent, full of flavor. We had hot tea,ciabatta, baked ricotta, osso buco, seafood tagliatelle & tiramasu + espresso. It will be sad to see this intuition of Larchmont close. I hope whomever takes over the lease gives us something great!

This is my second visit to Vernetti and, this was my second time having the sword fish. It’s a fantastic dish! Each time it has come with a generous portion of fish. However, this time it was a little light on the risotto, but still satisfying. We didn’t have a reservation, but we got there right at opening, so we were able to secure a table. They quickly filled up after then! The servers were stretched a little thin after a while, and it took a minute to get our plates cleared and to get the check. Overall it was a good experience.

The food was exquisit and delicious. I highly recommend this place for anybody who loves Italian food. The waiters are nice and the location is great. This place is often totally packed and booked, so plan ahead and put in a reservation. Personally, I recommend sitting outside to play it Covid safe. The distancing of the outdoor tables are adequate and good.

Yummy! I’ve eaten here several times. I love their burrata, which is soooo soft and delish and pairs beautifully w their crusty bread—extra charge for bread, worth it. My hubby (the chix/salami) and dad (the italian) adored their paninis. My husband declared it was the best panini he’s ever had! I have yet to get beyond the grilled lemon pasta. If you like tart, DO NOT miss this one. I have yet to try the other pasta dish bc I’m sort of obsessed w everything lemony. Nice, extended, outdoor seating. Gluten free pasta available!

This is such a great little place for dinner. We have have come here on multiple occasions and the food and service is ways on point. If something is perfect they do everything to make it right. The pesto gamberi Pasta buccatini is delicious. Then we had the dry aged ny strip. Wasnt quite done to medium rare as requested but medium. But the flavor and the sides made up for it. Would definitely recommend.
