Good food! The plate has a lot of variety if youre looking to try a little bit of everything. The teriyaki chicken was good, salmon sushi was not bad. I really enjoyed the shot of yellow tomato soup! The boba drink was also $3 for happy hour

Everything about this place is a 5 star! Cutest, yummiest most relaxing place I’ve been in a while! Thank you for such a wonderful place to dine. Will for sure recommend and return!

We passed here many times- always were attracted by the dreamy and cute designs with all the beautiful lights. Finally, we tried their food—not very impressed… we ordered chicken udon and chicken teriyaki bowl. The chicken they used was chicken breast— very dry and poorly seasoned. The teriyaki sauce was not really the teriyaki sauce you have in a Japanese cuisine but more like a random mix of some salty ingredients. :/ The portion is huge with only $13 a bowl, which is impossible to find around this neighborhoods. I wouldn’t recommend the sushi at all. We had the shrimp tempura sushi. It came very soggy. The rice was overdone and not much flavor. For $9.5, the sushi was a waste of money. :/
With all that being said, this place has amazing sweet treat! The Green Tea Marshmallow was absolutely delicious! The nutty taste with strong green tea flavoring was a well-orchestrated combo. Interior design is quite unique and fun to be in. Highly recommend to come and check it out for their sweets and atmosphere! ❤️

A simple a delicious Sushi restaurant, you pay for your food then you sit down. Good boba and good service (also the boba happy hour is a steal, stop by while you can)

Yummmmm!!! This place made me feel like I was in another country, eating local food. It was so delicious. The staff was super friendly, the food came out fairly prompt, and being surrounded with so much greenery was definitely a vibe. I recommend.

The restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere. There's a small amount of indoor seating and more tables outdoors. The spicy salmon bowl is a good portion and super tasty. The apple mint lemonade is more like a slushy, which is perfect on really hot days. On another note: they do leave bins for you to bus your table when you finish eating, so please clear off the table when you finish your meal!

Yuko Kitchen is just about a 10 minute walk away from the La Brea Tar Pits and Museum. I ordered the Shrimp Kakiage Tempura Rice Bowl and my bf got the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl. Both were really good and the portions were huge! I thought my tempura was a little soft instead of crispy and it was so hard to eat since it was all stuck together. I also thought that teriyaki sauce was a bit odd but everything tasted great. We also got a green tea boba which I loved. The servers were fairly friendly and the restaurant gave me kind of bohemian vibes with plants (for sale!) all around. I’d definitely recommend it!

I’m so happy that I finally went to this restaurant! First of all, they have excellent vegan options and sweets, so it wasn’t easy for me to choose exactly what I wanted.
I ended up choosing the Tofu Rice Bowl with a side of edamame. I also selected the Apple Mint Lemonade which was sooooo good!! I’ve never had a lemonade drink this delicious before.
The bowl itself was huge by the way. I’m used to most bowls being cute and small, but this was literally big enough for two people. For that, I am very grateful! It had fried tofu, zucchini, chickpeas, mixed greens and covered in a peanut sauce. Best meal I’ve had this week hands down!

Such huge portions for a healthy and filling rice bowl! Highly recommend the BBQ Catfish since you don't see it too often and super delightful. Full of flavor and fried well with a sweet glaze. It's served over some white rice and a scrumptious salad. The Albacore Garlic Bowl was good too, but more simple since it was sashimi-style. Still yummy, but not on the level as the BBQ Catfish.
We also got the Roasted Squash with Ginger. It was simple, but gave good autumn/winter vibes. Paired well having it with the rice bowls.
Overall, the food here is pretty healthy and delicious. Definitely check it out! Great price point too!
