Applebee's

The waitress was always talking to someone while we sat there for a half hour waiting for our orders. When she came out with someone else's appetizer she tried to give it to us. Then waited almost another half hour for our food which she almost gave to someone else. Oh, forgot.... It took about another half hour to bring our drinks, only asked us when we were done with our meals I'd we wanted refills. First time there and I was on a date. Food was really good. Service was poor.

Easily the best Applebee's in the area. Everytime we order ribs from there it's cooked perfectly. Just ordered my first medium rare steak since giving birth and even after getting it delivered it was hot and cooked perfectly and had me in absolute heaven. Thank you so much. I will always go out of my way to go to you guys before any other one or even most steak houses.

The bartender Caleb was great. He is really good at his job and great with customers. I ordered the double crunch bone in wings. The manager bought my food out but they had no breading on the wings at all despite the menu describing the wings as being "double breaded.". My Mac and cheese and green beans were delicious. The staff were loud talking at each other and the manager never once greeted guests or asked how anyone was. He just sat at a table eating.

Terrible experience for Applebee's. To start off with the hostess didn't know what was going on. She did not communicate to people what she was trying to do. After getting seated the server in my location was slowing getting to the table like 20 minutes. At that time he had three other tables. That were in various stages of serving. Some were eating. Some had placed their orders etc. It took over 30 minutes to get our food, so I assume they were short-handed in the back. But when the food got to us it was cold. You could tell that the restaurant needs a good cleaning. There was a smell of dirty rags. I asked the server for boxes. He brought one box, he did not refill drinks when asked. It was just a very poor experience, especially for an Applebee's. That is not the service that I expect in an Applebee's. They need to do a deep clean of the business. They need to teach their staff to speak clearly to customers, and be polite to customers.

Sunday 3-13-22 , not very busy. Table for 5. Arrived at 4, took 30 mins before we seen a waitress to get drinks. Didn't receive our meals until 1hr20 min mark. after I ate my appetizer, i then realized BBQ sauce all over sides n bottom of plate, none of us orderd BBQ sauce, so that made me want to gag! Asked for a1 sauce n waitress never brought it.. Had to take my whole steak dinner home to reheat. Usually a decent place to go but today was absolutely horrible. Waitress had a million excuses but I'm unsure what what real issue was.
