IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION A ZERO STAR, I WOULD! How could a store hire an employee who is extremely rude, disgusting, and so disrespectful? I went into this location to buy some stuff, but then I got a sudden pain in my stomach. I went to the bathroom and noticed it was locked, so I knocked on the door. Didn’t hear anything. I went to the clerk, a tall, Caucasian woman, and told them I had to use the bathroom as soon as possible. She just looked at me and looked away and told me to just go back and knock on the door again. After waiting more, still no one came out. I told the clerk I couldn’t hold it in anymore and that my bladder was about to explode. She just looked at me again and told me to keep waiting. SHE SAW THE PAIN I WAS IN AND THE URGENCY, AND SHE COULDN’T BE COURTEOUS TO ALLOW ME TO USE THE EMPLOYEE BATHROOM IN THIS SENSE OF EMERGENCY I WAS IN!! DISGUSTING!! Eventually, the man in the bathroom came out.. I rushed inside only to see how there were no toilet paper and the bathroom was not the cleanest.. I am diabetic. What would have happened if something critical could have happened to me? What a horrible experience, where it has scarred me. I will NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS 7-11. The clerk should be fired. I will never forgive her for the horrible and degrading treatment.

Worst place ever!!! The board of health should shut this place down. My husband purchased this donut, while he was pumping gas I noticed the mold on the donut. I took the item back into the store. I informed the cashier that we just purchased an item with mold. He said okay, grab another one. When I told him No and I needed to speak to someone over him, he being to yell and tell me to calm down, I’ll give you your dollar back and threw four quarters on the counter. He being yelling that we could not have gotten the donut there, because he put them out the night before. This was horrible customer service. And I will never spend a penny there again and I hope others do the same.

The owner of the place is ever-charming, friendly and welcoming, but there's one person in the store who unfortunately undoes all his good work with her capricious, petulant and rude behavior. There are two women who work in the store regularly, one who wears glasses and is as friendly as the owner. The other, who may or may not be the owner's wife, is moody as hell, clearly sees the customers as an impediment to her happy day, and seems to go out of her way to be as insolent as possible. The fact she performs like this during the day, when the owner is around, is what leads me to believe she may be his wife, because for the life of me I can't figure how she could get away with the behavior otherwise. Today was like any other day when I encounter her - you never quite know what you're going to get. Well, it was apparently 'let's be outrageously rude to the customers day'. I grabbed my usual coffee and went up to the counter to pay, at which point the house madame decided to pick up her phone and glance at a text message. Ten seconds went by, then twenty seconds, and finally on the half minute, as other people started lining up waiting for her precious attention, I finally said 'hello?' to break through her self-involvement, because she clearly had zero inclination to give the customer base her focus - better to let them back up ten deep before she'd deign to take their money, because God forbid that she should draw herself away from something as important as her social life while reducing herself to servitude along the way. The testy look I got for daring to intrude spoke volumes, as did the angry manner in which she cast down her phone to ring up the charge on the register. I had my own business for years, and if I treated customers in such an insulting manner I'd have gone out of business in very quick time. If an employee of mine even remotely looked like they were prioritizing their phone messages over customers they'd be quickly shown the door, especially if they were as appallingly ill-mannered as this woman. I pity the owner-operator if this is in fact his wife. Another point. The cappuccino machine in this place has had issues for months, and though it's been mentioned to the management it never gets addressed. At times, half way through filling up a cup, water starts pouring out the right side of the machine and on to the counter due to some internal leak. More annoyingly, at the end of the cycle, as you take your finger off the button and let it finish topping up, the mixture turns to straight water and continues pouring out into the cup, watering down the cappuccino appreciably to the extent that its undrinkable at times - just hot water with a hint of coffee. The only way to work it is to keep your finger on the button until your cup is full, then pull it away as you take your finger off the button. Of course it continues on, pouring out the hot water and splashing it all over the place, but it's the only way you can get a decent cappuccino from this machine. Any other 7-11 and the machine keeps the mix going properly right until the last drop. Finally, note all the dodgy positive reviews, all on the same day by people with single reviews - even the one with two reviews was for two 7-11's! If you're going to try and pad your rating with fake reviews at least be a little less obvious! Note - In response to the 7-11 rep who posted below. It 'doesn't sound right'? Are you suggesting I'm a liar, or just indulging in the usual corporate damage control to sweep things under the carpet?

Cashier refused to give me change. Was only .50 but kind of strange being told “No” when asking for your change. Short guy cashier, haven’t seen him there before and he was clearly new and struggling with the register. But come on, what day of training involves giving customers change? Hopefully that day is soon.

Those Stars are for the hourly employees! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE....Filthy...the candy bars right under the register are littered with dirt...people hair...bugs....And next time you get a Big Gulp open the front plastic Park and you will see the tubes and machines have not been cleaned in probably months it disgusting....Sorry I hardly ever do bad reviews but I was taken back by honestly how dirty that store was! Again all the hourly employees are so extremely nice BUT I heard they all get treated poorly by the owners. Shame!

I only shop at this 7-Eleven because it's so close to home and because of Uri, one of the employees. Uri is always so nice and goes above and beyond to make sure his customer are taken care of and treated well. I consistently have problems with sales and promotions being honored, reward points being redeemed, etc. Management at this location is definitely cheap and cut corners wherever possible at the expense of customer service. Thanks Uri, for not compromising and always providing the best customer service! The extra star is because of you.
