The sign over the door reads "flame grilling since 1954" 1954 is about when they started cooking our food, which was very nearly cold by the time they bothered to put it in the bag. We sat trapped in the drive-thru for close to half an hour. "Fast food" this ain't!

I went in twice. The first time I waited 23 minutes for a small bacon cheeseburger. Glad I wasn't in a hurry. I was also told they had no milkshakes. I went in on my return trip of my walk and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich received it in less than 2 minutes. And ordered a milkshake and got it

Decided to go in as the drive through line was realy long. I figured out why when I went inside. If the staff moved any slower they would have been going back in time. Ordered at 830... it's 9 pm and I am just getting into my car after just getting my order. Now I understand the understaffed deal so I don't fully blame staff... but dang

I literally never post a bad review but we went through the drive thru, ordered 2 whopper meals and a large side of jalapeño cheddar bites. The side wasn't in the bag when we got it home (at least this money making stunt isn't limited to the UK). The burgers and fries were cold. Only good thing was the soda which isn't great for 27 dollars. We did get 7 dips (hence the 2 stars instead of 1) which was kind but nothing to dip into them...

I go to Burger King because the burgers are different I guess it must be the frame boiled and they have fresh vegetables on their burgers other than that the customer service is not great you have to ask for catch up or any kind of conference. Sometimes even a straw fast food has just gotten to be disgusting

As I waited to get my order taken, the back of the house was dirty with food on the ground. I felt sorry for the cashier, who didn't know what she was doing because she said I'm new. Poor girl couldn't give back change. I had to tell her what to give me back. No straw, no napkins were out, and when I asked the manager, she stated they were all out. A few minutes later, someone started filling it up.

Gotta love them Whopper burgers with lettuce pickles onions and whatever else you want! Once in a while I p/up breakfast🌯 &that's pretty good as well +4a good prices compared to McDonald's prices!
Thanks 2Kody4 great customer service at the drive-up window! Can't compare 2 McDonald's customer service at the drive-up window especially when employee is overwhelmed😖& is juggling🍔 between 🍟taking😑 orders&paying customers!

Had to wait 5 minutes for my order to be taken and no one was in line besides me. The manager told me “Hold on! Hold on!” Like you say that to a teenager let alone a customer? Bad customer service! Don’t recommend!
