Baskin-robbins

Ice cream and service is very good. But tonight they locked the doors right as I was about to walk in and order something for my family. Hours on the door and Google said they were open until 10pm, and they locked the door at 8:30pm, that isn't right. If you are going to change hours update your website and door sign! And don't just lock the door as someone is standing there!

I ordered two novelty ice cream items. Both ready on time, looked great, kids loved them. BR ice cream, to my mind, is not cheap, but the options and variety felt endless. The young man taking my order offered several good suggestions, options that made the "cakes" much more fun and interesting, without adding on to the cost. They are quite clearly here to serve, let me know that if their hours would not work for my pick up they were more than willing to work out whatever might be needed. This shop has the clear feeling of a franchise that has not lost sight of the fact that it is "local," here to serve more as a mom'n'pop store than a chain. I look forward to our regular orders here.

Hadn't been to a Baskin Robbins in years and decided to be weird and go with a 2 scoop chocolate dipped cone with a scoop of bubblegum and a scoop of jamaican java (I believe that was roughly the name lol) and the lady Chelsea(probably just butchered that spelling too) was super cool and nice to talk to. Sweet coupon deal on the receipt as well. Will be back! Highly recommend!

I love Baskin-Robbins however, I wish I could go there more often. I wish the prices were slightly less, because my bills and other expenses take so much from my checks I have to be careful as to what I can indulge on. Other than that, I loved Baskin-Robbins birthday cake ice cream. I wonder if they still serve that flavor. 3 stars.

Good ice cream the manager has attitude when away from work i parked in front of her house waiting for my son to get out of church and she threw a fit. In a small community its not good to represent yourself that way and be a manager of a buisness. I have not been there since. Today is 7/14/2017 I went to baskn robins and the shake I got taste like sour milk. Very unhappy will definitely not go back after two poor experiences with this business.
