Panda Express

I am actually surprised by some of the reviews on here, because my experience was very pleasant. They had a couple people on lunch/break when we showed up, so the person running the drive thru also had to help the dine in line. However, she acknowledged us and told us she would be with us in just a moment. Which I appreciated. It was just after 2pm on a Sunday and they surprisingly had a good amount of dishes still available after the lunch rush. I was able to get exactly what I wanted and they all seemed fresh. Portions were excellent. Seating was easy and I saw employees social distance while on lunch/break. While eating, I saw them periodically wipe down the line area in between customers. All in all, if I travel through there again I would stop.

Panda is a staple in my home. We eat here about once every 6 weeks or so. I like it to be a solid alternative to typical fast food. It's a very dependable place for getting the same menu. However lately, they've been out of one of our favorites and it's a drag. All in all, I can't say anything too bad about it!

Panda Express? Should call this panda slow not express. There’s nothing remotely express about this restaurant. Do you like ordering your food on the app ahead of time and arriving on time to pick your food up and waiting 20 min in the parking lot for them to bring you your food while everyone in the drive through gets served first even though you ordered ahead of time? If so, then this place is for you! Do you like surprises and having your order messed up? Did you want rice, but get veggies? Wow, don’t you love just not getting what you order? If so, this place is for you! Do you like rude customer service? If you hate respect, then you will love this place! Do you love the world’s chewiest chicken? Bam this might be your restaurant then.

I am not impressed with this location. The food is good, but it's never available when you order it. I tried to order super greens, was told a 10 min wait. So I ordered fried rice, but they didn't have that either. That required a 5 min wait. I tried ordering wok shrimp, but was told that is still marinating and unavailable. The also took the black pepper chicken off the menu.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I am a fan of Panda Express but this location is very badly managed and unsafe!! My daughter got sick for days after eating raw chicken. The staff simply threw out a few filets of chicken teriyaki after I pointed out very pink meat, and did not seem to care, including management when I called them over to inspect the meat. They used the same knife to chop another piece in the same batch. Also they had no napkins, had a dirty store and were very rude when I raised these issues. Please do not eat here until things change, they need to fire their management!! They did not respond to any complaints. If you get sick here as well, please call the county health inspector and file a complaint!!! Change is needed!!

Was told there would be a wait of twenty minutes. I was hesitant because I had two small children with me who were sick and needed to get home, but they really wanted to wait. After 45 minutes, I checked to see if there was something wrong, and it turned out they'd given my order to someone else. So I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my food. Moral: keep an eye out and make sure they bring your food to your car since they don't check receipts and will give the food to anyone that claims it
