Taco Time Nw

I was VERY happy with my service today at the Ocean Beach location! Half of my order was forgotten in a mix-up. The employees handled it very well, and not only did they remake it fresh and let me skip the line, they added some of those yummy cinnamon chips in the bag to my son's great surprise. I love it when people can admit their mistakes and offer their best to fix it.

The food is tasty but is a bit over priced... other than that I had a bad experience at the longview location in the drive through. The employee was very condescending. She was rude when I asked for Verde sauce which I guess they do not have as well as less then polite when I asked for ranch. I find it rather odd that as a costumer you are not required to pay for the hot sauce but they charge you 25 cents for a small amount of ranch..

Placing and recieving orders here never goes smoothly. More times than not they fail to listen and then treat you as if you're speaking in tongues when placing simple orders for things like crisp burritos or mexi fries (or whatever this location calls them). They have double charged me consistently at each visit over the last two years and one to two items are normally omitted from our bag when its handed to us. My favorite part is the irritation they display when I actually expect the drinks I ordered and the double charged me for. Really don't recommend.
