My favorite place!! Hallsville Sonic could learn from this Sonic ... Love their personable service,and food and drinks are always done right,everytime I come here. This should be the model for other Sonic fastfood

I love coming to this Sonic they are always the sweetest. Great customer service. I have had bad experiences at the majority of Sonics in the Longview area. (Mostly the Spring Hill location) I recently started coming to this location and I love it. This crew deserves a raise.

I've come through the drive thru twice now and the lines moved quickly and the staff were very, very kind to me. Kindness in fast food is hard to find these days. This Sonic will be my go-to for all of my happy hour drinks :)

Well I drive past here just about every day it's late me on the main road hwy 259 thru Kilgore,Tx it's seems to always have some customers there I stop in every now & again, couple two or three days ago I was coming in from Gladewater off Tx42 got me a Sonic # 2 w/ mustard, tater tots and a drink for like $7 they serve 'em up hot an tasty and the cool drink felt ssoo good , go ahead ,stop in an see'um yourself.

I cant stand when they say Picante and ketchup is in the bag...and act like its such an inconvenience to ask for. Then you realize no ketchup and no pirate. And no peppers, tots or onions in big burrito 🙄$7 for cheese and eggs

This sonic use to be good but the last few times we’ve went they’ve messed up our order. Today we went and I ordered a large ocean water slush and received just a regular ocean water when we pushed the button and nicely explained the mix up a lady, I’m guessing was a manager brought us a small slush and when we told her it was supposed to be a large she rolled her eyes and said she didn’t know what size it was supposed to be very rudely and walked away. She had another employee who was very nice deliver it to us.
