Last visit, was a 40 minute wait from time of receipt printed and food given. I was told 10 minute wait for cheese bread. Was 15 minutes before the bread was even started cooking. The staff working needs better training. I was charged for more sauce cups than I had wanted to order.

Good for what it is, especially when what it is is cheap and fast. The Detroit style thick lunch pizza is good. The thin pepperoni could be a little more crispy. The app is a good way to order and ensure there's no wait when you arrive.

I waited almost 20 minutes for a cheese.... Meanwhile another customer who DID NOT call ahead came in got her pizzas and walked right out I do not approve of the service today wasted half of my lunch hour at this place

For the price, you can't go wrong. The pizza is good, and it's "hot and ready". I've been a little disappointed with the wings lately, but they are fine for the price. I've never been left to wait long for my food at this location. The staff are very friendly. I can't complain.

Waited 45 minutes for 5 pizzas. They said it took longer because it was a "large" order. I guess it was quicker than 1 hour for two pizzas the last time I went.
