We don't eat here often. The wings are smaller and they don't evenly coat the wings with seasonings right. Some wings had no parmesan on them. Fries were soggy and cold. Even the rolls were smaller. Charge more buy service is still lacking.

Food is always good, but it should be no reason.. that every single time i order from doordash or even pick it up, that it takes over an hour to receive my food or even receive it AT ALL. It’s been plenty of times where my order has just got canceled

If I could give 0 stars I would. Order was messed up and instead of them fixing it they called me a liar and hung up the phone in my face. Called back the employee Angelique said her name was crystal when clearly her name was on her name tag when we picked up the order. She said manager would call and he/she never did. She was very rude like why would I spend $54 and say an order of wings were missing. Instead of getting the order right they called us liars. I have never been treated this way in my life. Poor customer service at its finest!!!

Every time I get my food it’s cold and soggy because they don’t have heat lamps for pick up orders. It’s VERY disappointing.

We really haven't been to a bad Wingstop! The food is always served hot and fresh. I really love the way they do their fries! This location was probably the busiest I've seen in awhile for a Saturday night. There was about 20 to go orders that left out in the hour we were there. The Hawaiian is my favorite.

I should have done my homework before I ordered such a large order. Food was just randomly in the bag with no protection from anything. Order came from across town rather than the location 1/2 mile away. I haven't had much luck with door dash so I would not have ordered if I'd realized that was the mode of delivery.
