Jack In The Box

Undoubtedly the WORST tacos we've ever had from Jack in the Box! I have been enjoying their tacos for over 50 years. But not today! They were barely filled with the (meat?) mixture, barely any lettuce, zero tomatoes and tasted like they'd been fried in old Greece! I actually went out of my way to go there. I'm thinking that this will be my last stop there! :-(

Haven't been here in awhile since they discontinued the cheddar bacon potatoes wedges, so I went and ordered a cheeseburger munchie meal with no vegetables. Got to the drive through paid and watched her touch my fries with her bare hands. So didn't eat those. Got home the burger has vegetables and in the bottom of my box was some dry crusty lettuce. Wont be going back.

The burgers had good flavor for a fastfood restaurant. The prices were reasonable. More training would be a plus for the employee at the window. We asked for ketchup with our order and repeated this at the window. The girl said that she had put some in the bag. Upon inspection not one packet of ketchup was found. I again asked her for ketchup to which she insisted that she had put some in our bag. I informed this employee that there weren't any and I repeated my request. She reluctantly handed over a fist of ketchup packets.

We eat here when craving jack in the box. It's the only location near us. I wish I could say a lot of good things but to be honest it's a hit or miss when getting food here. Sometimes the employees are so nice and the food is excellent and then you get those that show up because they need a check and everything is just thrown together and they don't care how your food is made or even care if your order is right. I know there's a crew who worked this week they were rude and not very nice. We complained about our fries being old and burger was not made right and the lady SNATCH it and walked away! The whole time we ate they were loud, horse playing and cussing as if the place was empty. We only dine in because we drive 45mins to eat here and by the time we get home our food is colder and/or wrong.
