Casa Ole

I was not impressed. It's unlikely we'll be returning. The service was very slow, although when we arrived there were very few customers. Our waiter was nice but didn't offer up explanation on what was taking so long. Otherved, ordered, received, and left before we did. The house margaritas were great if you are just there for the drinks. The food was also delicious so it's unfortunate that things were extremely slow in ordering and arriving. Also, there are some kids booster seats (high chairs) that have broken straps and the child isn't able to be strapped in.

Food was ok. Nothing special but not awful. Service left a lot to be desired, though. I've been places where, if they mess your order up, they do something small to make it up to you like not charge you for your drink... this place messed up our order then tried to charge us for an extra soda. Then, when we went to pay, we told the manager that there was an extra charge on our ticket for a soda we didn't buy, and he said that he would have to check with the server to make sure! What... we are trying to scam the restaurant out of a a buck and a quarter?

This place has gone downhill. The restaurant was completely empty. The green sauce was room temperature and had a strange taste. The food arrived -after a long wait- uncooked and inedible. The chicken was raw. The tortillas were hard. The cheese wasn't melted. It was the worst we've ever seen from this Casa Ole. We won't ever be returning.

Worked here for a month. Got fired (over the phone, of course) for telling my manager 3 days in advance that I wouldn't be able to come in because I had to help set up for my fiance and I's baby shower. 75% of the wait staff are druggies. The manager(s) don't know how to properly train anyone, and only one person who works in the kitchen knows how to speak English (accounts for all the screw ups on your orders) wouldn't recommend this place if it was the last place in the world to eat or work.

Was really disappointed when they charged without warning my daughter the price for an adult entree even though she ordered and was served a kids plate. If you don’t want older children ordering kids plates then the server should be honest and up front about it. Got to the cashier and complained about it, (I would have ordered the adult and taken leftovers home) and her attitude was sooooo aggravating, she just acted like she didn’t care and looked at me like I was crazy- honestly we have eaten here many many times and always left good tips but probably won’t return. There’s just too many Mexican restaurants in town to deal with this attitude and being overcharged.
