At night some friends and I got hungry, so naturally, we order pizza for delivery. So, after ordering our food with a bit of trouble (there were delivery minimums that had to be met, and supposedly were in the subtotal, but it didn't account for coupons) we learn that it would take 70-80 minutes to deliver our food when it said 20-30 minutes before we had ordered. It wasn't terribly late either, only 8:30 and for a larger chain like Pizza Hut, shouldn't orders like this be fairly common? And why even bother with delivery when it would be faster for me to walk to the restaurant, wait around for 10 minutes, and walk back food in hand. So overall, a terrible experience and would recommend going elsewhere.
I truly do regret that I must leave one star in order to write a review; give this location a negative review.

The manager answered when I called. She was so kind! I started tripping over my words (quarantine, ya know?) and she patiently helped me order what I wanted, added one of her coupons, and even put an uplifting note inside of the pizza box. The pizzas were great too! I really appreciate the kindness. The pizzas showed up hot and exactly as ordered. Thank you!

I placed an order at 6:06, it was just a four sliced pizza and cinnamon sticks. Once i got the email it said my order would be on its way until 7:30. I called right away to ask why it didn't notify me about the long wait, before i placed my order. The employee I spoke to was really rude, as she proceeded to tell me that all she could do was cancel my order. I refused to cancel it and told her i'd just wait. 7:30 came around and no sign of my order. My order was placed on my Husbands credit card, I called him to see if he could call pizza hut. He called and spoke to the manager, Josh, explained to him that it was simply a four sliced pizza and cinnamon sticks. The manager said that the order had been on its way 5-10 min ago. He then said the order had not left yet. My husband got upset because the MANAGER had just lied to us. The manager cancelled our order without us requesting it. I called back from my location to where the delivery was supposed to be sent to. I spoke to the same girl as earlier. She was still super rude. We never got an apology, worst customer service I have ever experienced. One hour and a half wait for a four sliced pizza, that never got delivered, that's RIDICULOUS Josh.

It took Pizza Hut almost an hour to deliver my order. I left off my apartment number, but called when I realized and was told the driver would call me if they needed me. I never got a call so my girlfriend called the store back and asked if they could let the driver know to contact us because at this point it had been 30 minutes past the estimated delivery time. The guy that answered was rude and acted as if we were a bother. Finally 10 minutes later I get a call that says they couldn’t find me because I left off the apartment number and tried to call but my phone was off...I never got a call, I had my phone in my hand the whole time. I finally told them the apartment number and she left....and delivered it to the wrong apartment. Definitely won’t be choosing this location again.

As the designated Pizza Hut for my area, the Hover Street Pizza Hut has had a lot of issues of late, but I won't slam them as hard as others have and I'll specify why. The last three orders I've made with them have been jacked up. Several months ago, I ordered (online) pizzas and some cinnamon sticks with extra icing. They ran out of icing so they gave me chocolate sauce instead (ugh), but at the same time, they didn't charge me for the sticks or extra icing. The next time I online ordered a few months ago, the driver misplaced my Quepapas. Pizza Hut did refund my money for them and the driver made sure I got my order as well.
Finally, more recently, I made an online order that never came. Corporate Pizza Hut called me to tell me the order wasn't coming. They promised a $20 credit to my phone, but they didn't follow through. However, when I went to the store the next day (delivery was turned off since they don't have enough drivers), the credit wasn't there, but the store gave me a $15 credit just on my word. And they didn't screw up my order.
So while the Hover Pizza Hut is far from perfect (I'm told they have new management whom are trying to improve the service and get rid of rude and lazy staff), in my experience, they've at least attempted to make recompense for their mistakes, which is why I continue to buy my pizzas there.

Never delivered online order. I called the next day to ask about it and the manager asked me why it took me so long to call. No apology. Apparently it is my fault that they never bothered to deliver it or notify me. I asked if they could please just deliver it today, and they said it costs more to order the same product over the phone, so I would need to pay more money. Worst pizza experience ever. Lost my business for life

Pizza was late, dry and looked like someone had dropped it sideways in the box. I told the delivery driver and he seemed pissed I told him and then he sped out of my house so fast I heard his tires screech! Also, after trying to call the store I was on hold for about 8 minutes until I was told the manager was too busy to talk to me. The man on the phone said there was no cooks at the store so I just asked for a refund. Again, very rude with me and no apology. Crazy bad experience!
PS. I just ordered from Blackjacks! Way better.

We placed our order online and decided to cancel 1 of our 2 pizzas.
Our order was ready very quickly, within 15 minutes.
When we picked up our order, the store had been notified to make the incorrect pizza instead of the one we had kept on the order.
Dan Henderson presented our order and upon hearing the mishap, let us keep the pizza made by mistake and made us the one we wanted free of charge!
He had the new one out in less than 10 minutes!
Friendly customer service, order was ready quickly, and food was great!
