The NOT kind manager Karen will kick you out like a homeless dog if she doesn't think you're doing whatever is or isn't "acceptable" in her store. I nodded off after an unbelievably long day and several visits to the emergency room over the past SEVERAL days, so after her sandwich made me vomit, I nodded off from exhaustion from the past week only to be woken up by a rude manager telling me I couldn't sleep here like I was moving in... last penny you'll make off me Karen. Next time take the time to know what may have made a customer nod off in your store before making their awful week just a little more awful.

As I was ordering 3 different sandwiches I asked what kind of soup there was the girl that was helping me didn't know what kind so she asked an other lady that seemed to be the manager, she was very rude and told me to read the sign above the soup containers. Also While I was there eating I witnessed an other incident, she is just a mean lady! I probably won't go back to this location and will tell all my friends about this. Food was good but good customer service is also very important to me.

First, the only reason there's one star here is because it wouldn't allow for zero! This was absolutely the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway restaurant, if not any dining establishment. The customer service was horrendous, and the vegetables looked like they were rotting. The line staff treated us like we were a nuisance and they were frustrated and aggitated at the very least to have us there. And the cashier was acting as if spun out on drugs. Every request was met with a scoff and sigh of aggravation. I will never go back to this location for fear of being abused by the staff again!

WORST customer service. My friend asked for cheese (they had skipped it) and they stared at her like she had a third eyeball, and did the same thing when I asked if I could have more than the 5 pieces of spinach they put on my veggie sandwich. Also, hygiene is a thing; brush your hair. Horrible work ethic. Less attitude=higher tips. Duh.

the sub ingredients are excellent. Can't say so much for the service. Turnover is HIGH which says a lot for the corporation. I was promised a coupon from the Regional Manager for the bad salad I received and never received it. It was supposed to come in the mail and we've all heard that one: "It's in the mail"...NOT! STILL WAITING... A YEAR LATER!

This particular site has a popcorn machine. I usually purchase the big bags and have zero issues. This time I started to eat the popcorn and it tasted like soap. When I brought the complaint to the store they refused to refund or exchange the product. I contacted corporate and am awaiting a call from the regional manager. I will update this review after I receive that call.
