Summit Tacos

Ooooh good spot alert!!!! One of my foodie farmer friends recommended this place and I fell in love immediately. The street tacos are excellent! I had the Calabacitas, the Nopalitos, and the Rajitas and all were just so delicious! The margaritas were strong and coin style and were A+++. Loved the queso fundido too. The owner and staff are super friendly, having a great time at work, and the outdoor picnic tables make for a perfect spot on a sunny day. Inside tables are cozy too. It’s gets better! Botanas and Drinks 25% off for happy hour! Yippee. New Friday dinner spot.

This place is amazing. I called in needing catering the next day for a small office event and they were so helpful in arranging it. It was much simpler than some of the other places I was looking at online. Everything was ready on time for the scheduled pickup, the food was customizable for everyone and an absolute hit with my colleagues, and they included all the serving utensils we would need. It made everything so easy and stress-free, which is a huge bonus when you're in charge of arranging food for a big group last-minute. They also have excellent food for dining in! Highly recommend them whether you're looking for a fun place to go out, take to go, or for delicious catering (that supports an awesome local restaurant instead of a big chain).

Maybe not the best tacos in town, but probably the taco place with the best atmosphere. We tried five of their tacos, are favorite by far was the Carnitas, followed by the Rajitas, and Barbacoa. On a regular night, it can be tough to find parking; most of it is street parking. They have daily happy hours from 4-6PM with 4 tacos and a beer for $10(the tacos are normally $2, which I thought was a great price). Can’t wait to go back and revisit this review.
